Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Jenis Pola Kelekatan Individu Secara Bersama-sama terhadap Regulasi Emosi dengan Pasangan. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah Skala Regulasi Emosi dan Relationship Scale Questionnaire. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian menggunakan non-probability sampling. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian adalah 385 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukan nilai p-value 0,000 lebih kecil dari taraf signifikan 0,05 dan F hit sebesar 13,721 sedangkan F tabel 2,395. Dengan demikian hipotesis alternatif (Ha) diterima dan dapat dinyatakan bahwa terdapat Pengaruh Jenis Pola Kelekatan Individu Secara Bersama-sama terhadap Regulasi Emosi dengan Pasangan. This study aims todeterminethe Influenceof Individual AttachmentStylesTypeTogether Against Emotional Regulation with Couple. This research method is quantitative. Measuring instrumentsused are the Emotion RegulationScale and Relationship Scale Questionnaire. The sampling technique in research uses non-probability sampling. The number of samples in the study were 385 respondents. The results showed the p-value of 0,000 was smaller than the significant level of 0.05 and Fvalue was 13.721 while the F table was 2.339. Then, the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted and can be statedas the Influence of Individual Attachment Styles Type Together Against Emotional Regulation with Couple.
