Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh self-compassion terhadap resiliensi mahasiswa rantau akibat pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian dilakukan kepada mahasiswa rantau yang berasal dari luar Pulau Jawa berjumlah 250 orang. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah adaptasi dari Self Compassion Scale (SCS) yang terdiri dari 21 item dan Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC) yang terdiri dari 25 item. Analisis data yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik regresi linear dengan bantuan SPSS versi 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan F 49,951; p<0,05 yang menandakan terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan antara self-compassion terhadap resiliensi mahasiswa rantau akibat pandemi Covid-19. Pengaruh yang diberikan sebesar 16,8%. This study was conducted to determine the effect of self-compassion towards overseas students as a result of the pandemic resilience Covid-19. The study was conducted on 250 overseas students from outside Java. Measuring instruments used in this study are adaptations of Self Compassion Scale (SCS) consisting of 21 items and Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC) consisting of 25 items. Data analysis was performed using linear regression techniques using SPSS version 22. The results showed F 49,951; p <0.05, which indicates there is a significant positive effect between self-compassion towards overseas students as a result of the pandemic resilience Covid-19. The influence exerted at 16.8%.
