Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat resiliensi terhadap work family conflict ibu bekerja di perusahaan jasa. Pendekatan yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Data diambil melalui penyebaran kuesioner pada 159 ibu yang bekerja di perusahaan jasa. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah Construction and Initial Validation of Multidimensional Measure of Work family conflict ( Carlson et al, 2000) dan Resilience Quotient Test (Reivichi & Shatte,2002). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan adanya pengaruh terhadap kelima dimensi work family conflict dan tidak adanya pengaruh terhadap satu dimensi work family conflict. Selain itu menunjukan resiliensi kurang berpengaruh pada dimensi-dimensi work family conflict. This study aims to see the resilience of work family conflicts of mothers working in service companies. The approach taken in this research is quantitative. The data were collected by distributing questionnaires to 159 mothers who worked in service companies. The measuring instruments used are the Construction and Initial Validation of Multidimensional Measure of Work family conflict (Carlson et al, 2000) and the Resilience Quotient Test (Reivichi & Shatte, 2002). The results of this study indicate an influence on the five dimensions of work family conflict and no influence on one dimension of work family conflict. In addition, it shows that resilience has less effect on the dimensions of work family conflict.
