Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan tingkat resiliensi diri yang dimiliki oleh mahasiswa rantau yang berasal dari luar Pulau Jawa dan menetap di Jabodetabek selama masa pandemi Covid-19. Tipe penelitian berjenis deskriptif kuantitatif. Alat ukur variabel resiliensi yang digunakan adalah Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC) dengan 25 butir item. Data yang dikumpulkan berjumlah 254 responden. Reliabilitas skala resiliensi adalah 0,899 yang dihitung menggunakan software SPSS dengan rumus Cronbach’s Alpha. Hasil data penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa rantau tersebut memiliki tingkat resiliensi yang cenderung tinggi dengan mean sebesar 77,64. Aspek pembentuk resiliensi yang paling berperan adalah keyakinan pada naluri, toleransi terhadap hal buruk atau negatif, dan mampu mengatasi akibat dari stres. This research aims to describe the level of self-resilience possessed by college nomads student who come from outside Java Island and stay in Jabodetabek during the Covid-19 pandemic. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The measuring instrument for variabe resilience used is the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC) with 25 items. Data placed 254 respondents. The reability of the resilience scale was 0,899 which was calculated using SPSS software with tthe Cronbach’s Alpha formula. The result of the research data indicate that these college nomads student have a high level of resilience with a mean of 77,64. The most important aspects of resilience are trust in one’s instincts, tolerance of negative affect, and strengthening effect of stress.
