Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kecerdasan emosional terhadap kepuasan kerja pada karyawan yang melakukan work from home (WFH). Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif pada 200 orang karyawan yang melaksanakan WFH di Jabodetabek. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Job Satisfaction Survey yang disusun oleh Spector (1985) dan Trait Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire yang disusun oleh Petrides (2001). Analisis statistik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi satu prediktor. Hasil dari penelitan ini menunjukkan ρ < 0,05 yang artinya terdapat pengaruh antara kecerdasan emosional terhadap kepuasan kerja pada karyawan yang melaksanakan WFH. Kata kunci: Kecerdasan Emosional, Kepuasan Kerja, Karyawan WFH This study aims to determine how the influence of emotional intelligence on employee who work from home job satisfaction. This research was conducted with a quantitative approach to 200 employee who work from home in Jabodetabek. Measuring instruments used in this study are Job Satisfaction complied by Spector (1985) and Trait Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire complied by Petrides (2001). The statistical analysis used in this study uses a single predictor regression analysis. The result of this research show ρ <0.05 which means that there is an influence between emotional intelligence on employee who work from home job satisfaction.
