Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh self-efficacy terhadap peak performance pada atlet futsal SMA di Cileungsi. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuisioner kepada 130 responden atlet futsal SMA di Cileungsi menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Uji analisis statistik yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian ini adalah uji analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukan nilai F hitung = 75,575 dan nilai p = 0,00, yang berarti terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara self-efficacy terhadap peak performance pada atlet futsal SMA di Cileungsi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan nilai koefesien determinan (R square) = 0,371 artinya pengaruh self-efficacy sebesar 37% terhadap peak performance pada atlet futsal SMA di Cileungsi. This study aims to see the effect of self-efficacy on peak performance in high school futsal athletes in Cileungsi. The research approach used is a quantitative approach with questionnaires to 130 respondents to high school futsal athletes in Cileungsi using a purposive sampling technique. The statistical analysis test used for this study is a simple linear regression test. The results showed the value of F count = 75,575 and the value of p = 0.00, which means a significant influence between self-efficacy on peak performance in high school futsal athletes in Cileungsi. The results showed that the coefficient determinant value (R square) = 0.371 means that the effect of self-efficacy is 37% on peak performance in high school futsal athletes in Cileungsi.
