Abstract

Gadget merupakan salah suatu inovasi kecanggihan teknologi yang saat ini popular dikalangan anak-anak sebagai media atau alat bermain (games online). Games online lebih banyak memberikan dampak negatif dari pada mendukung pertumbuhan dan perkembangan kecerdasan interpersonal anak. Kecerdasan interpersonal perlu dikembangkan sejak dini karena merupakan modal utama dalam membentuk perilaku, karakter dan kepribadian anak. Berdasarkan pengamatan awal, anak-anak usia sekolah dasar di Perumnas Suradita cenderung lebih asik menikmati permainan modern (games online) sehingga interaksi yang terjalin kurang intensif. Engklek merupakan salah satu permainan tradisional yang dapat mengasah kecerdasan interpersonal anak karena memiliki makna tersendiri dari setiap keunikannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Penentuan informan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Subjek penelitian adalah anak usia sekolah dasar di Perumnas Suradita RT 004/RW 004. Pengumpulan data berlangsung dari bulan April 2020 sampai dengan Juni 2020. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Pengujian keabsahan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa anak usia sekolah dasar di Perumnas Suradita sangat jarang memainkan permainan tradisional engklek. Pemahaman anak terhadap makna permainan tradisional engklek yang berkaitan dengan kecerdasan interpersonal dituangkan dalam enam komponen kecerdasan interpersonal yakni memahami perasaan orang lain, berteman, bekerja sama, mempercayai orang lain, mengungkapkan kasih sayang dan menyelesaikan masalah. Gadget is an innovative technological sophistication that is currently popular among children as a media or a tool to play (online games). Online games have more negative impacts than supporting the growth and development of children's interpersonal intelligence. Interpersonal intelligence needs to be developed early because it is the main capital in shaping the behavior, character and personality of children. Based on preliminary observations, elementary school age children at Perumnas Suradita tend to be more cool to enjoy modern games (online games) so that the interactions that are established are less intensive. Engklek is one of the traditional games that can hone interpersonal intelligence of children because it has its own meaning from each of its uniqueness. This research use descriptive qualitative approach. Determination of informants in this study using purposive sampling technique. The subjects of the study were elementary school-aged children at Perumnas Suradita RT 004 / RW 004. Data collection took place from April 2020 to June 2020. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. Testing the validity of the data in this study was carried out with triangulation techniques. The results showed that elementary school-age children in Perumnas Suradita rarely played traditional crank games. Children's understanding of the meaning of traditional crank play related to interpersonal intelligence is outlined in the six components of interpersonal intelligence, namely understanding the feelings of others, making friends, working together, trusting others, expressing affection and solving problems.
