Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penggunaan frasa verbal dalam surat kabar harian Pos Kota sebagai sebuah kajian sintaksis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik analisis isi, yaitu dengan menganalisis dokumen data dari surat kabar harian Pos Kota tahun 2016. Objek penelitian ini adalah kalimat yang mengandung penggunaan frasa verbal pada surat kabar harian Pos Kota tahun 2016. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada penggunaan frasa verbal dalam surat kabar harian Pos Kota yang mencakup penggunaan frasa verbal ADV+V, V+ADV, V+N, dan V+ADJ. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam surat kabar harian Pos Kota telah ditemukan 305 frasa verbal yang merupakan penggunaan frasa verbal. Penggunaan frasa verbal ADV+V adalah data yang paling mendominasi dalam surat kabar ini yang terdiri atas 293 frasa verbal. Penggunaan frasa verbal selanjutnya yang ditemukan adalah V+ADV sebanyak 6 frasa verbal. Penggunaan frasa verbal V+ADJ ditemukan sebanyak 5 frasa verbal. Penggunaan frasa verbal yang ditemukan paling sedikit adalah V+N yang terdiri atas 1 frasa verbal. ****************** The study is intended to encourage the use of verbal phrases in the city post daily newspaper as syntax study. The study uses a qualitative deskritive method of densan teolic content analysis, which is by analyzing data documents from the city post in 2016 the object of this study is a verbal phrase that conveys a verbal phrase in the city post newspaper 2016. The study was focused on the use of verbal ADV+V, V+ADV, V+N and V+ADJ. The result of this study indicate that the city post daily newspaper has found 305 verbal phrases that are used of verbal phrases. The use of a verbal adv+v phrase is the most dominating in the paper of 293 verbal phrases. The next use of a verbal phrase found is v+adv of 6 verbal phrases. The use of a verbal v+adj has been found as many as 5 verbal phrases. The least found use of verbal phrases is v+n composed of 1 verbal phrase.
