Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh persepsi father involvement terhadap motivasi berprestasi pada mahasiswa. Peneliti menggunakan metode kuantitatif dalam teknik pengumpulan data. Penelitian ini melibatkan 408 mahasiswa di DKI Jakarta berusia 19-23 tahun, dengan rincian 301 perempuan dan 107 laki-laki. Peneliti mengadopsi instrumen Nurturant Fathering Scale & Father Involvement Scale dan instrument Motivasi Berprestasi. Besaran pengaruh yang dihasilkan dari father involvement terhadap motivasi berprestasi mahasiswa sebesesar 6,3% dan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Bentuk persamaan regresi yang terbentuk Y = -50,097 – 0,118 X. This study aims to see the effect of father involvement perception of Achievement of Motivation on college students. Reseacher used scale quantitative methods. The study involved 408 college stundents in DKI Jakarta region, between 19-23 years old with details of 301 women and 107 men. Reseacher uses adopted instrument namely Nurturant Father Scale Instrument & Father Involvement Scale and Achievement of Motivation Scale.. The big influence of father involvement on tendency motivation of achievement on student colleges is 6,3% and the rest influenced by other factors. The form of regression equation is Y = -50,097 – 0,118 X.
