Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di SDN Pisangan Timur 11 dan SD Islam At-Taubah Pulo Gadung, yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses mengamati pembelajaran, pertemuan balikan, dan strategi pemecahan berdasarkan umpan balik melalui supervisi klinis berbasis web untuk melihat critical incident guru . Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Maret 2020 hingga Juli 2020. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Sumber data dari penelitian ini adalah pengawas dan guru. Supervisi klinis berbasis web untuk melihat critical incident guru adalah bahwa dengan supervisi klinis berbasis web, guru dan pengawas lebih mudah melakukan pengawasan klinis, tidak harus bertemu langsung, karena pelaksanaannya dicatat dan kemudian diunggah ke www.supervisiklinis.com sehingga mereka dapat melihat critical incident guru melalui video. Pentingnya supervisi klinis berbasis web untuk melihat critical incident guru, guru dapat mengembangkan kompetensi dan kepercayaan diri yang lebih besar untuk membimbing siswa dalam mengajar. Kata kunci: Supervisi Klinis Berbasis Web, Critical Incident, Guru, Supervisor This research was conducted at Pisangan Timur 11 Elementary School and At-Taubah Pulo Gadung Elementary School, which aims to find out the process of observing learning, feedback meetings, and solving strategies based on feedback through web-based clinical supervision to see teacher critical incidents. This research was conducted in March 2020 to July 2020. Researchers used a qualitative approach and descriptive methods. Data collection is done through observation, interviews and documentation studies. Data sources from this research are supervisors and teachers. Web-based clinical supervision to see the critical incident of teachers is that with web-based clinical supervision, teachers and supervisors are easier to conduct clinical supervision, do not have to meet in person, because the implementation is recorded and then uploaded to www.supervisiklinis.com so they can see teacher's critical incident through the video. The importance of web-based clinical supervision to see the critical incident of teachers, teachers can develop greater competence and confidence to guide students in teaching.
