Abstract

YUSUF SYAIFULLOH. Pengaruh Motivasi Berprestasi dan Perfeksionisme terhadap Prokrastinasi Akademik melalui Mediasi Kontrol Diri Pada Mahasiswa. Skripsi. Jakarta. Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi Konsentrasi Pendidikan Akuntansi. Fakultas Ekonomi. Universitas Megeri Jakrta. 2020 Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Motivasi Berprestasi dan Perfeksionisme terhadap Prokrastinasi Akademik serta menguji variabel Kontrol Diri sebagai variabel mediasi. Metode pengambilan data yang digunakan adalah metode survey dengan kuesioner. Populasi terjangkau dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi angkatan 2013, 2014, 2015 dan 2016 yang berjumlah 231 orang. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 145 orang dengan menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji persyaratan analisis, uji hipotesis, analisis deskriptif dan analisis jalur. Uji persyaratan analisis yang dilakukan menujukkan hasil yakni data berdistribusi normal dan linear. Hasil uji hipotesis disimpulkan bahwa semua hipotesis diterima. Serta hasil analisis jalur menujukkan bahwa variabel kontrol diri mampu memediasi pengaruh motivasi berprestasi dan perfeksionsime terhadap prokrastinasi akademik. Koefisien determinasi pada penelitian ini adalah 31,4% yang menujukkan kemampuan motivasi berprestasi, perfeksionisme dan kontrol diri dalam memengaruhi prokrastinasi akademik sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. Universitas Negeri Jakarta. 2020 This research aims to determinate the effect of Achievment Motivation and Perfectionism on Academic Procrastination and to examine the Self Control variable as a mediating variable. The data collection method used is a survey method with questionnaire. The affordable population in this study were students of economic education FE UNJ 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016 totaling 231 people. Sample used were as many 145 people using proportional random sampling techniques. The data analysis techniques used is the requirement analysis test, hypothesis test, description analysis and path analysis. Test requirements analysis performed shows the results that are normally distributed and linear data. The hypothesis test results concluded that all hypotheses were accepted. The result of path analysis show that the self-control variable is able to mediate the effect of achievement motivation and perfectionism on academic procrastination. The coefficient of determination in this study was 31.4% which showed the ability of achievement motivation, perfectionism and self-control in influencing academic procrastination while the rest were influenced by other factors not examined.
