Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di SDN Rawamangun 12 Pagi dan SD Islam AtTaubah Pulo Gadung Jakarta Timur yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penilaian supervisi klinis berbasis web dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran di SDN Rawamangun 12 Pagi dan SD Islam At-Taubah Pulo Gadung Jakarta Timur. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Maret 2020 hingga Juli 2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, pengamatan, dan studi dokumentasi. Sumber dari penelitian ini adalah: Koordinator Pengawas wilayah binaan I sebagai key informant dan beberapa informan pendukung antara lain pengawas binaan II dan 3 guru pengguna supervisi klinis berbasis web di SDN Rawamangun 12 Pagi dan SD Islam At-Taubah Pulo Gadung Jakarta Timur. Efektivitas penilaian supervisi klinis berbasis web ini dilakukan oleh pengawas dan guru. Penelitan ini menunjukan: (1) Efektivitas penilaian silabus berbasis web sudah dikatakan efektif karena dalam penilaian menggunakan supervisi klinis berbasis web dari segi waktu guru bisa melihat nilai dengan lebih cepat tanpa harus bertemu langsung dengan pengawas dan guru bisa melihat penilaian tanpa batasan waktu, pengawas bisa memberikan nilai kapan saja, (2) Efektivitas penilaian RPP supervisi klinis berbasis web akan lebih terstruktur dan lebih efektiv karena memberikan kemudahan bagi guru tidak sulit untuk mencari dokumen, guru tidak harus membuang-buang kertas untuk print dan dokumen akan tersimpan lama, penilaian akan menjadi lebih simple karena instrumen penilaian sudah ada di dalam supervisiklinis.com (3) Efektivitas penilaian pelaksanaan KBM supervisi klinis berbasis web sangat efektif karena menggunakan video pembelajaran bisa dilihat kembali atau meriview, kemudian guru tidak akan merasa grogi atau dinilai oleh pengawas, pengawas pada saat penilaain bisa lebih cermat karena menggunakan video pembelajaran yang sudah dibuat oleh guru, lalu tujuan yang ingin dicapai bisa menunjukan keberhasilan/pencapaian yang ingin diperbaiki. This research was conducted at SDN Rawamangun 12 Pagi and SD Islam At-Taubah Pulo Gadung East Jakarta which aims to determine the effectiveness of web-based clinical supervision assessments in implementing learning at SDN Rawamangun 12 Pagi and SD Islam At-Taubah Pulo Gadung East Jakarta. This research was conducted from March 2020 to July 2020. This research used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. Sources of this research are: Supervisory Coordinator for target areas I as key informant and several supporting informants, including supervisors assisted II and 3 teachers who use web-based clinical supervision at SDN Rawamangun 12 Pagi and SD Islam At-Taubah Pulo Gadung East Jakarta. The effectiveness of this web-based clinical supervision assessment is carried out by supervisors and teachers. This research shows: (1) The effectiveness of web-based syllabus assessments has been said to be effective because in the assessment using web-based clinical supervision in terms of time the teacher can see the value more quickly without having to meet directly with the supervisor and the teacher can see the assessment without a time limit, the supervisor can give grades at any time, (2) The effectiveness of the assessment of web-based clinical supervision lesson plans will be more structured and more effective because it makes it easy for teachers to find documents, teachers do not have to waste paper to print and documents will be stored for a long time, the assessment will become it is simpler because the assessment instrument is already in supervisiklinis.com (3) The effectiveness of the assessment of the implementation of web-based clinical supervision teaching and learning is very effective because using learning videos can be reviewed or reviewed, then the teacher will not feel nervous or judged by supervisors, supervisors at the time of assessment can be more accurate curry na using learning videos that have been made by the teacher, then the goals to be achieved can show the success / achievements that you want to improve.
