Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis dan mendapatkan gambaran manajemen perubahan Pondok Pesantren Sumatera Thawalib Parabek Bukittinggi yang terdiri dari: pertama manajemen perubahan pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan yang meliputi perencanaan, rekrutmen, seleksi, orientasi, penempatan dan pemanfaatan, pengembangan, penilaian pelaksanaan pekerjaan, kompensasi dan pemberhentian. Kedua, manajemen perubahan budaya organisasi yang meliputi budaya taqwa (keseimbangan nilai), himmah (berkeinginan kuat), ahl al-‘ilmi wa al-‘ibadah (berilmu dan berbuat), wara’ (integritas), amanah (dipercaya), layyin (lemah lembut), istiqamah (teguh pendirian) dan birrun (berbuat baik). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitianfenomenologi. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan, pertama, telah dilakukan manajemen perubahan pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan dalam: (1) perencanaan, (2) rekrutmen, (3) seleksi, (4) orientasi, (5) penempatan dan pemanfaatan, (6) pengembangan, (7) kompensasi, (8) penilaian pelaksanaan pekerjaan dan (9) pemberhentian. Kedua, telah dilakukan manajemen perubahan budaya organisasi yang meliputi: (1) taqwa,(2) himmah,(3) ahl al-‘ilmi wa al-‘ibadah, (4) wara’, (5) amanah, (6) layyin, (7) istiqamah dan (8) birrun. Belum ada penelitian manjemen perubahan pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan dan manajemen perubahan budaya organisasi yang dilakukan pada Pondok Pesantren Sumatera Thawalib Parabek Bukittinggi. Kontribusi penelitian adalah memberikan gambaran manajemen perubahan pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan serta manajemen perubahan budaya organisasi yang dilakukan Pondok Pesantren Sumatera Thawalib Parabek Bukittinggi. Di samping itu, penelitian berkontribusi memperbaiki manajemen sumber daya manusia dan budaya organisasi pada lembaga-lembaga pendidikan dalam rangka pembangunan pendidikan nasional. The purpose of this study was to analyze and obtain a description of the change management of the Sumatra Thawalib Parabek Islamic Boarding School Bukittinggi which consisted of: first the change management of educators and education staff which included planning, recruitment, selection, orientation, placement and utilization, development, assessment of work implementation, compensation and dismissal . Second, management of organizational culture change which includes culture of taqwa (balance of values), himmah (strong desire), ahl al-'ilmi wa al-'ibadah (knowledge and action), wara’ (integrity), amanah (trustworthy), layyin (gentle), istiqamah (firm stand) and birrun (doing good). This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of phenomenological research. The results of the study illustrate, first, the management of educators and educational staff has been changed in: (1) planning, (2) recruitment, (3) selection, (4) orientation, (5) placement and utilization, (6) development, (7) compensation, (8) assessment of work implementation and (9) dismissal. Second, organizational culture change management has been carried out which includes: (1) taqwa (balance of values), (2) himmah (strong desire), (3) ahl al-'ilmi wa al-'ibadah (knowledge and action), (4) wara' (integrity), (5) amanah (trustworthy), (6) layyin (gentle), (7) istiqamah (firm stand) and (8) birrun (doing good). There has been no research into management changes in educators and education personnel and management of organizational culture changes conducted at the Sumatra Thawalib Parabek Islamic Boarding School Bukittinggi. The research contribution is to provide an overview of the change management of educators and education personnel as well as the management of organizational culture changes conducted by the Sumatra Thawalib Parabek Islamic Boarding School Bukittinggi. In addition, research contributes to improving human resource management and organizational culture in educational institutions within the framework of national education development.
