Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat dampak program On The Job Training (OJT) Siswa SMK Negeri 1 cariu dilihat dari dimensi Perilaku (behaviour) dan dimensi hasil (Result).Tempat penelitian adalah di SMK Negeri 1 Cariu dan Dealer Honda Cibubur sebagai pelaksana program pelatihan.Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan komparatif. Model evaluasi yang digunakan adalah Model evaluasi Kirck Patrick yang meliputi 4 level evaluasi yakni evalausi pada level reaksi/reaction (evaluasi level 1), level Pembelajaran/learning (evalausi level 2), level behavior (evaluasi level 3), dan level hasil/result (evalausi level 4). Namun dalam penelitian ini difokuskan pada level 3 dan 4 karena ingin melihat dampak kinerja teknisi dan hasil yang dirasakan langsung oleh perusahaan.Subjek penelitian adalah 30 orang karyawan/teknisi Dealer Honda Cibubur yang terbagi dalam dua kelompok teknisi. Lima belas orang kelompok teknisi yang mengikuti program OJT dan lima belas orang teknisi yang tidak mengikuti program OJT. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket.Hasil penelitian pada level perilaku (behavior) bahwa terdapat perbedaan signifikan rata-rata skor kinerja teknisi. Kelompok teknisi yang megkuti program OJT memiliki rata-rata kinerja lebih besar dibandingkan dengan teknisi yang tidak mengikuti program OJT. Selain itu dampak positif juga terjadi pada level hasi (result) berupa dampak yang dirasakan langsung oleh perusahaan.Indikatornya adalah pendapatan perusahaan dan kepuasan konsumen terjadi peningkatan dari tahun 2017 sampai dengan tahun 2019. Kata Kunci: Evaluasi Program OJT, Model Evaluasi Kickpatrick, SMK N 1 Cariu The purpose of this study is to see the impact of the On The Job Training (OJT) program of SMK Negeri 1 students based on the behavior dimension and the result dimension. The research site is at SMK Negeri 1 Cariu and Honda Cibubur Dealer as the implementer of the training program. This research method is quantitative with a comparative approach as well as documentation techniques. The evaluation model used is kirck patrick evaluation model which includes 4 evaluation levels namely evalausi at reaction level (evaluation level 1), learning level (evaluation level 2), behavior level (evaluation level 3), and result level (evaluation level 4). But in this study focused on levels 3 and 4 because it wanted to see the impact of technician performance and results felt directly by the company. The subject of the study was 30 employees/ technicians of Honda Cibubur Dealers who were divided into two groups of technicians. Fifteen groups of technicians who participated in the OJT program and fifteen technicians who did not participate in the OJT program. The instruments used in this study are questionnaires. The results of the study on the behavior level that there is a significant difference in the average performance score of technicians. The group of technicians who participated in the OJT program had a greater average performance than technicians who did not participate in the OJT program. In addition, a positive impact also occurs at the hasi level (result) in the form of a direct impact felt by the company. The indicator is that the company's revenue and consumer satisfaction increased from 2017 to 2019. Keywords: OJT Program Evaluation, Kickpatrick Evaluation Model, SMK N 1 Cariu
