Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Return on asset, Debt to equity ratio, Current Ratio, Ukuran Perusahaan, Umur perusahaan, dan Prosentase saham terhadap Initial Return pada perusahaan yang melakukan IPO Periode 2013-2018. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah IDN Financials, Laporan keuangan perusahaan, serta Prospektus perusahaan. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 140 perusahaan dan dikumpulkan dengan metode Purposive Sampling. Analisis yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa adanya pengaruh positif signifikan pada Ukuran perusahaan, dan Prosentase Saham, serta pengaruh negatif signifikan pada Umur perusahaan, sedangkan untuk Return on Asset, Debt To Equity Ratio, serta Current Asset tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap Initial Return ******************** This study aims to determine the effect of Return on Asset, Debt to Equity Ratio, Current Ratio, Firm Size, Percentage of Shares and Firm Age and to Initial Return in companies that conduct IPOs on period of 2016-2018. The data used in this study are IDN Financials, company financial statements and company prospectus. The number of samples used amounted to 140 companies and was collected by purposive sampling method. The analysis used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that there was a significant positive effect of the Firm Size, and Percentage of Shares on Initial Return. then The Age of Companies have significant negative on Initial Return, While the Return on Asset, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Current Asset have no effect on Initial Return.
