Abstract

Mahasiswa merupakan individu remaja pada fase pertama yang memiliki permasalahan kompleks. Mereka dihadapkan pada tanggung jawab dan tekanan yang harus dipikul oleh masing-masing individu, sehingga berdampak pada kesehatan mental mereka sendiri. Bimbingan konseling merupakan salah satu upaya untuk memberikan pertolongan kepada individu yang mulai kesulitan mengatasi dan mencari solusi suatu masalah. Dalam skripsi ini, website e-konseling UPT-LBK UNJ dirancang untuk memudahkan mahasiswa UNJ mendapatkan layanan konseling. Pengembangan dilakukan dengan metode umum siklus pengembangan sistem (SDLC), model-v meliputi fase verifikasi dan fase validasi. Sistem yang dikembangkan telah diuji secara fungsional menunjukan bahwa sistem berjalan dengan baik dan dapat dikembangkan lagi agar sempurna sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Students are teenagers in the first phase who have complex problems. They are faced with the responsibilities and pressures burden by each individual. So that it has an impact on their own mental health. Counseling guidance is an effort to provide help to individuals who are starting to struggle to overcome and find someone’s problem. In this thesis, the UPT-LBK UNJ e-counselling website is designed to make it easier for UNJ students to get counseling services. Development is carried out with the general system development cycle (SDLC) method, the v-model includes the verification phase and the validation phase. The system developed has been functionally tested to show that the system is running well and can be developed further to perfectly suitable to the user’s needs.
