Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memberikan bukti empiris mengenai pengaruh dukungan manajemen puncak, kompetensi pengguna dan komunikasi organisasi terhadap keberhasilan implementasi enterprise resource planning. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan data primer yang didapat melalui penyebaran kuesioner pada 55 karyawan PT Nindya Karya (Persero). Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu simple random sampling dan dianalisis menggunakan SmartPLS 3. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan dengan SmartPLS meliputi pengujian outer model dan inner model. Adapun tingkat signifikansi yang digunakan dalam menguji hipotesis sebesar 5%.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan menunjukan bahwa dukungan manajemen puncak berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap keberhasilan implementasi enterprise resource planning, kompetensi pengguna memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif terhadap keberhasilan implementasi enterprise resource planning dan komunikasi organisasi berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap keberhasilan implementasi enterprise resource planning. Kata Kunci: Dukungan Manajemen Puncak, Kompetensi Pengguna, Komunikasi Organisasi, Keberhasilan Implementasi Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). ************** This study was conducted to provide empirical evidence regarding the effect of top management support, user competence and organization communication on the successful implementation of enterprise resource planning. This research was conducted using primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires to 55 employees of PT Nindya Karya (Persero). The sampling technique used in this study was simple random sampling and analyzed using SmartPLS 3. The data analysis techniques performed with SmartPLS included testing the outer model and inner model. The level of significance used in testing the hypothesis is 5%.Based on the results of research that has been conducted, it shows that top management support has a significant and positive effect on the successful implementation of enterprise resource planning, user competence has a significant and positive effect on the successful implementation of enterprise resource planning and organizational communication has a significant and positive effect on the successful implementation of enterprise resource planning.
