Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan data yang tepat dan dapat dipercaya tentang Analisis Perbedaan Kinerja Sebelum Mengikuti Pelatihan dan Sesudah Mengikuti Pelatihan pada Guru SMPN di Jakarta Timur. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama 3 bulan terhitung November 2013 sampai Januari 2014. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode ex post-facto. Populasi penelitian ini adalah guru-guru SMPN di Jakarta Timur. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 20 orang dengan menggunakan teknik acak proposional (proportional random sampling). Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dokumen yang digunakan untuk menjaring data mengenai kinerja guru sesudah sertifikasi (variabel X1) dan kinerja guru sebelum sertifikasi (variabel X2). Dari dokumen yang diperoleh dari Sekolah Menengah Pertama di Wilayah Jakarta Timur diperoleh skor tertinggi kinerja guru yang sudah bersertifikasi adalah 85,00 dan skor terendah 79,57 dengan skor rata-rata 81,98 dan simpangan baku sebesar 1,49. Setelah dilakukan teknik analisis Uji-t, diperoleh koefisien (thitung) sebesar 5,33 Hasil ini kemudian disesuaikan dengan ttabel untuk n-1 = 19 pada taraf signifikansi α = 0,05 adalah 1,73. Ini berarti thitung lebih besar dari ttabel, sehingga hipotesis alternatif (Ha) dapat diterima dan hipotesis nol (H0) yang menyatakan variabel kinerja guru yang bersertifikasi (X1) tidak lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan variabel kinerja guru yang belum bersertifikasi (X2) ditolak. Dengan demikian dapat ditarik kesimpulan kinerja guru sesudah sertifikasi lebih tinggi dibandingkan kinerja guru sebelum sertifikasi di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Wilayah Jakarta Timur. ************* This study aims to obtain accurate and reliable data regarding work stress about The Performance Difference Analysis Before and After Following Training on Teacher in East Jakarta Junior High School. The study was conducted over three months from November 2013 to January 2014. The research method used is ex post-facto method. The population of this study is Junior High School in East Jakarta. Sample used as many as 20 people using proportional random sampling. To achieve the first variable data research is document used for filtering data related to teacher performance after certification (variabel X1) and teacher performance before certification (variabel X2). From the document collected from East Jakarta Junior High School resulting in highest score for teacher performance for teacher who conduct certification and lowest score with 79, 57 with average score 81, 98 and Standard Deviation 1,49. After conducting t-Test analysis technique, resulting in coefficient (thitung) for 5, 33. The result then adjusted for ttabel for n-1 = 19 on level of significant α = 0,05 os 1,73. This means thitung is bigger than ttabel, so that the alternative hypothetic (Ha) can be accepted and null hypothetic (H0) which stated the variable of certified teacher performance (X1) is not higher than with working variable of uncertified teacher performance (X2) is rejected. From this result, the conclusion of this study is that teacher performance after certification is higher than teacher performance before certification in East Jakarta Junior High School.
