Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh dari Investasi dan Pengeluaran Pemerintah Daerah terhadap Pertumbuhan ekonomi di Provinsi Jawa Barat baik secara simultan maupun secara parsial. Adapun data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder, dengan jenis data time series periode 2004-2012 dan cross section sebanyak 12 Kabupaten/Kota di Provinsi Jawa Barat, penyeleksian ini dipilih berdasarkan data setiap tahunnya terdapat didaerah tersebut. Penelitian ini menghasilkan 108 observasi, diperoleh dari BPS (Badan Pusat Statistik) dan BKPM (Badan Koordinasi Penanaman Modal). Metode penelitian menggunakan metode ekspose facto. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda Dengan menggunakan model analisis regresi berganda menggunakan software Eviews 6,0, output menunjukkan bahwa investasi (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi (Y) di Provinsi Jawa Barat dan pengeluaran pemerintah (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengeluaran pemerintah (Y) di Provinsi Jawa Barat. Dari hasil Uji F dengan memperhatikan nilai signifikansinya = 0,000000< 0,05 maka dapat dikatakan secara simultan investasi dan pengeluarah pemerintah berpengaruh signifikan pada α = 5% terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Provinsi Jawa Barat. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) diperoleh sebesar 0.853721 memiliki pengertian bahwa pertumbuhan ekonomi dapat dijelaskan oleh perubahan investasi dan pertumbuhan ekonomi sebesar 85,37% sedangkan sisanya dijelaskan oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak ada dalam model penelitian ini. Kesimpulanya terdapat pengaruh investasi terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi sebesar 0,0493 dan pengaruh pengeluaran pemerintah terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi sebesar 0,0000. ************** This research is aimed to analyze the influence of investment and goverment expenditure of economic growth district/city in west Java. The data used in this research are the secondary data which is time series type of data in the year of 2004-2012 and cross section as many as 12 Kabupaten/city in Province East Java, which produces 108 observations, source from BPS and BKPM. The method of this research is expose facto. The technique of data analysis in this research is the multiple regression analysis. Based on multiple regressions using Eviews 6,0 software, the output has indicated the investment (X1) is positive and significantly affected to the economic growth (Y) in West Java. While, the goverment expenditure (X2) is positively and significantly affected to the economic growth (Y) in West Java. Based on the test with respect to F significant value = 0,000000<0,05, it is can be concluded that the investment and goverment expenditure as togetherness is significantly affected on α = 5% against to the economic growth in West Java. Determination coefficient value that obtained is 0,853721, it means that the changes of the economic growth be explained by the investment and goverment expenditure as amount 85,37 %. While, the rest could be explained by others factor that can not be mentioned in this research model. Conclusion there are significant investment to economic growth by 0.0493 and effect government spending to economic growth by 0.0000.
