Abstract

MODEL MOBILE LEARNING PADA MATA PELAJARAN SENAM RITMIK TINGKAT SMA/SMK Oktariyana1*, Moch. Asmawi2, Iman Sulaiman3 Pascasarjana Universitas Negeri Jakarta ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan dan menguji keefektifan model mobile learning pada mata pelajaran senam ritmik untuk meningkatkan kebugaran jasmani siswa SMA/SMK. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) dari teori Borg dan Gall yang memiliki 10 tahapan pengembangan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, angket, wawancara dan test. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah statistics descriptive kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Produk yang dihasilkan adalah aplikasi pembelajaran senam ritmik dan user manual aplikasi dilengkapi dengan panduan gerak Senam Batara (Bumi Sriwijaya Bugar Tangkas Gembira). Rancangan penelitian ini menggunakan pretest-posttest control group design untuk mengetahui kemampuan awal dan akhir kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Uji signifikan efektifitas model mobile learning pada mata pelajaran senam ritmik menggunakan uji-t. Sebelum data dianalisis dilakukan uji normalitas terhadap hasil peningkatan kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol dengan (n=60) siswa putra dan putri tingkat SMA/SMK. Diperoleh hasil pengujian data hasil VO2Max siwa putra maupun putri diketahui nilai signifikansi (sig.) yaitu uji Kolmogorov-Smirnov maupun uji Shapiro-Wilk > 0.05 maka data berdistribusi normal. Selanjutnya dilakukan uji-t dengan menggunakan independent sample test. Dari data hasil VO2Max putra diperoleh nilai t = 5,623 dan nilai Sig. (2-tailed) atau p-value = 0,000 < 0.05 atau Ho di tolak. Sementara dari data hasil VO2Max putri diperoleh nilai t = 6,168 dan nilai Sig. (2-tailed) atau p-value = 0,001 < 0.05 atau Ho di tolak. Maka dengan demikian hipotesis yang diajukan teruji oleh data, sehingga disimpulkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan secara signifikan pada hasil kebugaran jasmani siswa SMA/SMK putra mapun putri setelah diberi senam dengan model mobile learning. Selanjutnya untuk mengetahui efektifitas penggunaan model mobile learning pada mata pelajaran senam ritmik tingkat SMA/SMK dapat diuji dengan perhitungan n-gain score. Diperoleh hasil n-gain score pada data VO2Max putra dengan nilai rata-rata n-gain score untuk kelas eksperimen adalah sebesar 77.54% dengan kategori “efektif”. Nilai rata-rata n-gain score untuk kelas kontrol adalah sebesar 42.16% dengan kategori “kurang efektif”. Sementara n-gain score pada data VO2Max putri dengan nilai rata-rata n-gain score untuk kelas eksperimen adalah sebesar 76.41% dengan kategori “efektif”, dan nilai rata-rata n-gain score untuk kelas kontrol adalah sebesar 46.37% dengan kategori “kurang efektif”. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan model pembelajaran senam ritmik berbasis mobile learning “efektif” dapat meningkatkan kebugaran jasmani siswa SMA/SMK. Asmawi2, Iman Sulaiman3 Graduate Program, State University of Jakarta ABSTRACT This study aims to develop and test the effectiveness of the mobile learning model in rhythmic gymnastics subjects to improve the physical fitness of high school / vocational students. The research method used is research and development from Borg and Gall theory which has 10 stages of development. Data collection uses observation, questionnaire, interview, and test. The data analysis technique used in this study is descriptive qualitative and quantitative statistics. The product produced is the rhythmic gymnastics learning application and the application user manual is equipped with a Batara Gymnastics motion guide (Bumi Sriwijaya Bugar Tangkas Gembira). The design of this study used a pretest-posttest control group design to determine the initial and final abilities of the experimental group and the control group. The significant test of the effectiveness of the mobile learning model in rhythmic gymnastics subjects using the t-test. Before the data were analyzed, the normality test was carried out on the results of the increase in the experimental group and the control group with (n = 60) male and female students at the high school / vocational high school students. The results obtained from the VO2Max data test results of male and female students, the significance value (sig.), Namely the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test and the Shapiro-Wilk test> 0.05, means the data is normally distributed Furthermore, the t-test was carried out using the independent sample test. From the data from the male VO2Max results, the t value = 5.623 and the Sig. (2-tailed) or p-value = 0.000 <0.05 or Ho is rejected. Meanwhile, from the data of women's VO2Max results, the t value = 6.168 and the Sig. (2-tailed) or p-value = 0.001 <0.05 or Ho is rejected. Thus, the proposed hypothesis is tested by the data, so it can be concluded that there is a significant increase in the physical fitness results of male and female high school / vocational high school students after being given gymnastics with the mobile learning model. Furthermore, to determine the effectiveness of using the mobile learning model in the subjects of rhythmic gymnastics at the SMA / SMK level, it can be tested by calculating the n-gain score. The n-gain score was obtained on the male VO2Max data with an average n-gain score for the experimental class of 77.54% in the "effective" category. The average n-gain score for the control class was 42.16% in the "less effective" category. Meanwhile, the n-gain score in the women's VO2Max data with an average n-gain score for the experimental class was 76.41% in the "effective" category, and the n-gain score for the control class was 46.37% in the "effective" category. less effective". So it can be concluded that the use of rhythmic gymnastics learning model based on mobile learning "effective" can improve the physical fitness of high school / vocational school students.
