Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui kesiapsiagaan kepala keluarga dalam menghadapi bencana kebakaran berdasarkan tingkatan lantai di Rusun Pulo Gebang, Cakung, Jakarta Timur. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Bulan Oktober 2020 hingga Januari 2021. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua kepala keluarga yang berada di Rumah Susun Pulo Gebang berjumlah 676 KK, sedangkan sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 68 KK. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel acak proporsional. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan angket tertutup dan data analisis menggunakan analisis indeks kesiapsiagaan. Dalam penilitian ini menggunakan parameter-parameter sebagai berikut: 1. Pengetahuan dan Sikap 2. Rencana Tanggap Darurat 3. Sistem Peringatam 4. Mobilisasi Sumberdaya. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kesiapsiagaan keluarga di Rusun Pulo Gebang Kecamatan Cakung, berdasarkan nilai indeks kesiapsiapsiagaan bahwa lantai lima mendapatkan nilai tertinggi dibanding lantai lainnya dengan nilai indeks kesiapsiagaan 67 dimana tingkat pendidikan dilantai tersebut terdapat 71% berpendidikan SMA keatas. Lalu diikuti dengan lantai satu dan lantai tiga memiliki nilai indeks yang sama dengan nilai indeks kesiapsiagaan 65. Lantai dua dan lantai empat memiliki nilai indeks kesiapsiagaan yang paling rendah dibanding dengan lantai lainnya mendapatkan nilai indeks yang sama dengan nilai indeks kesiapsiagaan 64 dimana tingkat Pendidikan dilantai tersebut terdapat 50% berpendidikan SMA keatas. Secara keseluruhan kesiapsiagaan di Rumah Susun Pulo Gebang Kecamatan Cakung Kotamadya Jakarta Timur masuk kategori siap dengan nilai indeks 65. ************** The purpose of this research is to find out the preparedness of the head of the family in facing the fire disaster based on the floor level in Rusun Pulo Gebang, Cakung, East Jakarta. This research was conducted from October 2020 to January 2021. method used in this research is descriptive with the survey approach. The population in this study was all family heads in Pulo Gebang Flats amounting to 676 families, while the sample of this study amounted to 68 families. techniques using Proportionate Random Sampling. Data retrieval techniques using closed polls and analysis data using preparedness index analysis. In this study use the following parameters: 1. Knowledge and Attitude 2. Emergency Response Plan 3. Peringatam System 4. Resource Mobilization. The results of this study showed that family preparedness in Rusun Pulo Gebang Cakung Subdistrict, based on the value of the preparedness index that the fifth floor gets the highest value compared to other floors with a preparedness index value of 67 where the level of education on the floor there are 71% high school educated and above. Then followed by the first floor and the third floor has the same index value as the preparedness index value of 65. The second and fourth floors have the lowest preparedness index value compared to other floors get the same index value as the 64preparedness index value where the level of education in the area is 50% high school educated and above. Overall preparedness in The Flats Pulo Gebang District Cakung Kotamadya East Jakarta is in the category ready with an index value of 65.
