Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membuat sistem informasi ketinggian air banjir yang ramah dan mudah dipantau oleh civitas akademik UNJ. Dengan bantuan Website dan Aplikasi Android, seluruh civitas akademik UNJ yang mempunyai smartphone dapat memantau perkembangan ketinggian air banjir di wilayah UNJ, lewat sebuah aplikasi yang dibuat pada penelitian ini. Prototipe ini mempunyai sebuah output berupa data yang dimanipulasi kedalam bentuk grafik, serta mempunyai sistem notifikasi berupa sebuah alarm yang akan aktif ketika ketinggian air telah mencapai batas yang sudah ditentukan. Alat ini menggunakan mikrokontroler NodeMCU esp8266 sebagai pengendali utama bagi Sensor Ultrasonik Hc-Sr04. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen yang meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, pembuatan pengujian. Analisis kebutuhan didasarkan oleh wilayah kampus unj merupakan limpasan air hujan dari lapangan golf rawamangun, kemungkinan banjir di dalam kampus UNJ dapat terjadi. Selain terhentinya aktivitas belajar mengajar, civitas UNJ juga meanggung kerugian yang cukup besar akibat banjir, seperti fakultas teknik yang menyimpan perlatan penunjang kuliah di lantai dasar, akibat tergenang banjir alat tersebut mengalami kerusakan. Namun, kerugian yang ditimbulkan dari bencana banjir tentu saja dapat dihindari jika kita mendapatkan peringatan akan datangnya bencana banjir. Dengan adanya peringatan, kita dapat melakukan evakuasi sebelum bencana banjir datang. Peringatan tersebut kita dapatkan dengan membuat alat pendeteksi ketinggian air. Hasil penelitian perancangan prototipe sistem informasi ketinggian level air berbasis aplikasi android. Pengujian prototipe dilakukan dalam waktu tiga hari secara berturut-turut, dimulai tanggal 17 Desmber 2020 hingga 19 Desember 2020. Dari hasil pengujian, prototipe mendapatkan predikat baik, karena komponen-komponen yang diuji berfungsi sesuai algoritma yang direncanakan. Data yang diuji dapat ditampilkan dengan baik di grafik, serta notifikasi berupa alarm dan on screen pada bar dan layar smartphone muncul dengan baik. Ditemukan 1% hingga 3% kesalahan pada sensor dalam mencetak angka ketinggian air. The purpose of this research is to create a flood water level information system that is friendly and easy to monitor by the academic community of UNJ. With the help of the Website and the Android Application, all UNJ academicians who have smartphones can monitor the development of flood water levels in the UNJ area, through an application made in this study. This prototype has an output in the form of data that is manipulated into a graph, and has a notification system in the form of an alarm that will activate when the water level has reached a predetermined limit. This tool uses a NodeMCU esp8266 microcontroller as the main controller for the Hc-Sr04 Ultrasonic Sensor. This study uses an experimental method which includes needs analysis, design, testing making. The analysis of needs is based on the Unj campus area which is rainwater runoff from the Rawamangun golf course, the possibility of flooding on the UNJ campus can occur. In addition to the cessation of teaching and learning activities, the UNJ community also suffered considerable losses due to flooding, such as the engineering faculty which kept lecture supporting equipment on the ground floor, due to being flooded, the equipment was damaged. However, the losses incurred from floods can of course be avoided if we get a warning of an impending flood disaster. With a warning, we can evacuate before the flood disaster strikes. We get this warning by making a water level detector. The results of the research on the design of a water level information system prototype based on android applications. Prototype testing was carried out in three consecutive days, starting December 17, 2020 to December 19, 2020. From the test results, the prototype received a good predicate, because the components tested functioned according to the planned algorithm. The data tested can be displayed properly in the graph, as well as notifications in the form of an alarm and on screen on the bar and smartphone screen appears properly. We found 1% to 3% error on the sensor in printing the water level.
