Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui metode latihan pliometrik terhadap keterampilan smash dalam permainan bolavoli ditinjau dari koordinasi mata tangan. Penelitian eksperimen ini dirancang dengan desain faktorial 2x3, dan dilaksanakan di Program Studi Pendidikan Olahraga Universitas Tadulako dengan sampelnya sebanyak 60 orang mahasiswa putra semester dua. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis Varian yang dilanjutkan dengan uji Tukey. Hasil penelitan menunjukkan hal-hal sebagai berikut: (1) Kelompok metode latihan pliometrik Piramiding Box Jump dengan kelompok metode latihan pliometrik Front Box Jump senilai = 3,954 > 3,168, berarti h0 ditolak. 2) Perbedaan antara kelompok metode latihan pliometrik Piramiding Box Jump dengan kelompok metode latihan pliometrik Knee Tuck Jump, senilai = 3,954 > 3,168, berarti h0 ditolak. 3) Perbedaan antara kelompok metode latihan pliometrik Front Box Jump dengan kelompok metode latihan pliometrik Knee Tuck Jump, senilai = 3,954 > 3,168, berarti h0 diterima. 4) Pengaruh interaksi (AB) senilai = 6,551 > 3,168 berarti h0 ditolak. 5) Perbedaan keterampilan smash bolavoli antara metode latihan pliometrik Piramiding Box Jump dengan koordinasi mata tangan tinggi dan metode latihan pliometrik Front Box Jump dengan koordinasi mata tangan tinggi, senilai = 5,58 > 4,23 berarti H¬o ditolak. 6) Perbedaan keterampilan smash bolavoli antara metode latihan pliometrik Piramiding Box Jump dengan koordinasi mata tangan tinggi dan metode latihan pliometrik Knee Tuck Jump dengan koordinasi mata tangan tinggi senilai = 5,07 > 4,23 berarti h0 ditolak. 7) Perbedaan keterampilan smash bolavoli antara metode latihan pliometrik Front Box Jump dengan koordinasi mata tangan tinggi dan metode latihan pliometrik Knee Tuck Jump dengan koordinasi mata tangan tinggi, senilai = 5,5 > 4,23 berarti h0 ditolak. 8) Perbedaan keterampilan smash bolavoli antara metode latihan pliometrik Piramiding Box Jump dengan koordinasi mata tangan rendah dan metode latihan pliometrik Front Box Jump dengan koordinasi mata tangan rendah senilai = 1,35 < 4,23 berarti h0 diterima. 9) Perbedaan keterampilan smash bolavoli antara metode latihan pliometrik Piramiding Box Jump dengan koordinasi mata tangan rendah dan metode latihan pliometrik Knee Tuck Jump dengan koordinasi mata tangan rendah senilai = 4,06 < 4,23 berarti h0 diterima. 10) Perbedaan keterampilan smash bolavoli antara metode latihan pliometrik Front Box Jump dengan koordinasi mata tangan rendah dan metode latihan pliometrik Knee Tuck Jump dengan koordinasi mata tangan rendah senilai =4,71 > 4,23 berarti h0 ditolak. kesimpulan terdapat pengaruh latihan pliometrik dalam peningkatan smash dalam permainan bola voli. **************** The purpose of this research is to find out the effect plyometric training method through smash skill in volleyball game to be observed eye and hand coordination. This experimental study was designed with a 2x3 factorial design, and was carried out in the Tadulako University Physical Education Study Program with a sample of 60 male students of second semester. The data were analyzed by using “Anava” (Analysis Varians) and Tukey Test. The result of the research shows that: (1) The pliometric training method of the Pyramid Box Jump training group with the Front Box Jump pliometric training method worth = 3.954 > 3.168, means that h0 is rejected. 2) Difference between the Box Jump Pyramid training method group and the Knee Tuck Jump pliometric exercise group method, worth = 3.954 > 3.168, means that h0 is rejected. 3) The difference between the Front Box Jump pliometric training method group and the Knee Tuck Jump pliometric training group method, worth = 3.954 > 3.168, means that h0 is accepted. 4) Effect of interaction (AB) worth = 6.551 > 3.168 means h0 is rejected. 5) Difference in volleyball smash skills between the Box Jump pyramid training method with high hand eye coordination and the Front Box Jump pliometric training method with high hand eye coordination, worth = 5.58 > 4.23 means H¬o is rejected. 6) The difference in volleyball smash skills between the Box Jump pyramid training method and high hand eye coordination and the Knee Tuck Jump pliometric training method with high hand eye coordination worth = 5.07 > 4.23 means that h0 is rejected. 7) Difference in volleyball smash skills between the Front Box Jump pliometric training method with high hand eye coordination and the Knee Tuck Jump pliometric training method with high hand eye coordination, worth = 5.5 > 4.23 means that h0 is rejected. 8) Difference in volleyball smash skills between the Box Jump pyramid training method and low hand eye coordination and the Front Box Jump pliometric training method with low hand eye coordination worth = 1.35 < 4.23 means that h0 is accepted. 9) Differences in volleyball smash skills between the Box Jump pyramid training method and low hand eye coordination and the Knee Tuck Jump pliometric training method with low hand eye coordination worth = 4.06 <4.23 means that h0 is accepted. 10) Difference in volleyball smash skills between the Front Box Jump pliometric training method and low hand eye coordination and the Knee Tuck Jump pliometric training method with low hand eye coordination worth = 4.71> 4.23 means that h0 is rejected. Thus, the conclusion of this research is that there are an effect of plyometric training method in smash skill of volleyball.
