Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kesiapsiagaan masyarakat dalam menghadapi bencana tanah longsor di Kecamatan Kandangserang, Kabupaten Pekalongan, Jawa Tengah. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Mei sampai dengan bulan Juli 2019. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat di Kecamatan Kandangserang berjumlah 33.742 penduduk. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 203 penduduk. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan angket tertutup. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis indeks kesiapsiagaan. Nilai indeks kesiapsiagaan disesuaikan berdasarkan tabel tingkat kesiapsiagaan menurut LIPI-UNESCO/ISDR 2006:44 yang menyatakan bahwa nilai indeks 80- 100 termasuk kategori sangat siap, 65-79 kategori siap, 55-64 kategori hampir siap, 40-54 kategori kurang siap, dan > 40 kategori belum siap. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kesiapsiagaan masyarakat dalam menghadapi bencana tanah longsor di Kecamatan Kandangserang, kabupaten Pekalongan masuk kategori siap dengan nilai indeks 72 dengan rincian parameter pengetahuan dan sikap memiliki kategori siap dengan nilai indeks 79, parameter rencana tanggap darurat memiliki kategori siap dengan nilai indeks 72, parameter sistem rencana peringatan dini memiliki kategori siap dengan nilai indeks 78, dan parameter mobilitas sumber daya memiliki kategori kurang siap dengan nilai indeks 50. This study aims to determine the level of community’s preparedness in facing landslides in Kandangserang District, Pekalongan Regency, Central Java. This research was conducted from May to July 2019. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The population in this study were the people in Kandangserang District with a total population of 33,742. The sample in this study amounted to 203 residents. The sampling technique used simple random sampling. The data collection technique used a closed questionnaire. The data analysis technique used preparedness index analysis. The preparedness index value is adjusted based on the preparedness level table according to LIPI�UNESCO / ISDR 2006: 44 which states that the index value of 80-100 is in the very ready category, 65-79 category is ready, 55-64 category is almost ready, 40- 54 category is less ready, and> 40 categories are not ready. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the level of community preparedness in the face of landslides in Kandangserang District, Pekalongan District is in the ready category with an index value of 72 with details of the parameters of knowledge and attitude having a ready category with an index value of 79, the emergency response plan parameter has a ready category with an index value. 72, the parameter of the early warning plan system has a ready category with an index value of 78, and the parameter of resource mobility has a poor category with an index value of 50.
