Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat keberartian hubungan (1) Mengetahui tentang hubungan status sosial ekonomi orang tua dengan minat melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi kelas XII program keahlian ketenagalistrikan (2) Mengetahui tentang hubungan lingkungan teman sebaya dengan minat melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi kelas XII program keahlian ketenagalistrikan (3) Mengetahui tentang hubungan status sosial ekonomi orang tua, dan lingkungan teman sebaya dengan minat melanjutkan ke perguruan tinggi kelas XII program keahlian ketenagalistrikan di SMK Negeri 1 Jakarta tahun ajaran 2020/2021. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode ex post facto yang bersifat korelasional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas XII program keahlian teknik ketenagalistrikan di SMK Negeri 1 Jakarta. Dan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh yaitu keseluruhan dari populasi yang berjumlah 85 peserta didik. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan uji hipotesis dengan taraf signifikansi 5% dapat disimpulkan: (1) Terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara status sosial ekonomi orang tua dengan minat melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi kelas XII program keahlian teknik ketenagalistrikan. Dilihat dari nilai rhitung = 0,559 lebih besar dari rtabel = 0,213 dan nilai thitung = 6,142 lebih besar dari ttabel = 1,989. (2) Terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara lingkungan teman sebaya dengan minat melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi kelas XII program keahlian teknik ketenagalistrikan. Dilihat dari nilai rhitung= 0,615 lebih besar dari rtabel=0,213 dan nilai thitung =7,106 lebih besar dari ttabel = 1,989. (3) Terdapat hubungan yang positif signifikan antara status sosial ekonomi orang tua dan lingkungan teman sebaya dengan minat melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi kelas XII program keahlian teknik ketenagalistrikan di SMK Negeri 1 Jakarta tahun ajaran 2020/2021 dilihat dari nilai rhitung = 0,683 lebih besar dari rtabel=0,213 dan nilai Fhitung = 35,895 lebih besar dari Ftabel = 3,11. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa status sosial ekonomi orang tua dan lingkungan teman sebaya secara bersama-sama mempunyai hubungan yang positif dan signifikan dengan minat melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of completeness of the relationships: (1) Knowing the relationship between the socioeconomic status of parents and the interest in continuing education to higher education in class XII of the electrical engineering expertise program (2) Knowing the relationship between peers and the interest in continuing education to higher education in class XII of the electrical engineering expertise program (3) Knowing the relationship the socioeconomic status of parents and peer environment, with the interest of continuing to higher education in class XII of the electrical engineering expertise program at SMK Negeri 1 Jakarta in the 2020/2021 academic year. The method used is ex post facto method which is correlational with a quantitative approach. The population of this study were all students in class XII of the electrical engineering expertise program at SMK Negeri 1 Jakarta. And the sample used is a saturated sample, namely the entire population of 85 students. Based on the results of the calculation of the hypothesis test with a significance level of 5%, it can be concluded: (1) There is a positive and significant relationship between the socioeconomic status of parents and the interest in continuing education to higher education in class XII of the electrical engineering expertise program. Seen from the value of rcount = 0.559 which is greater than rtable = 0.213 and the value of tcount=6.142 is greater than ttable=1.989. (2) There is a positive and significant relationship between the peer environment and the interest in continuing education to higher education in class XII of the electricity engineering expertise program. Seen from the value of rcount = 0.615, which is greater than rtable = 0.213 and the value of tcount = 7.106 is greater than ttable = 1.989. (3) There is a significant positive relationship between the socioeconomic status of parents and peer environment with the interest in continuing education to higher education in class XII of the electrical engineering expertise program at SMK Negeri 1 Jakarta for the 2020/2021 academic year seen from the value of rcount = 0.683 is greater. from rtable = 0.213 and the value of Fcount = 35.895 is greater than Ftable = 3.108. So it can be concluded that the socioeconomic status of parents and the environment of peers together have a positive and significant relationship with the interest in continuing education to higher education
