Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Mengetahui peran LKSA SOS Children’s Village Jakarta dalam menerapkan pendidikan multikultur kepada remaja secara hidden curriculum, (2) Mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat peran LKSA SOS Children’s Village dalam menerapkan pendidikan multikultur kepada remaja secara hidden curriculum. Penelitian ini dilakukan di LKSA SOS Children’s Village Jakarta, Cibubur, Jakarta Timur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran peran LKSA dalam menerapkan hidden curriculum pendidikan multikultur kepada remaja tahun 2020. Populasi penelitian ini adalah ibu asuh, anak asuh, karyawan, dan guru agama. LKSA SOS Children’s Village Jakarta. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara purposive sampling dengan subjek anak asuh yang berusia remaja (berumur 10 – 18 tahun) berjumlah 62 orang Ibu asuh yang belum pensiun (masih mengasuh di rumah keluarga) berjumlah 15 orang, guru agama yang memberikan materi di SOS Children’s Village Jakarta. Berjumlah 3 orang, karyawan SOS Children’s Village Jakarta yang berinteraksi dengan ibu asuh, guru asuh, dan anak asuh. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Pelaksanaan pendidikan multikultur oleh LKSA kepada remaja dilakukan oleh semua Ibu asuh (15 orang), karyawan (Village Director dan 4 educator), dan guru agama (3 orang). Pelaksanaannya dilakukan secara hidden curriculum yang berasal dari SOS Care Promise, kebijakan perlindungan anak, dan kebijakan kesetaraan gender. Faktor pendukung berasal dari adanya kegiatan seperti paguyuban dan acara di hari-hari besar. Kemudian ekstrakulikuler yang berhubungan dengan pendidikan multikultur. Untuk faktor penghambat lebih karena sulitnya memberikan pendidikan multikultur kepada anak yang masih kecil dan mereka masih sedikit heran dengan perbedaan. Selain itu juga waktu keterbatasan waktu saat pengajian yang berbarengan dengan kegiatan lain. Kata kunci: Peran, Hidden Curriculum, Pendidikan Multikultur ABSTRACK Aljuniasa Nugraha. The Role of LKSA (Child Welfare Institutions) in Implementing the Hidden Multicultural Education Curriculum for Adolescents (Descriptive Study of Multicultural Education in LKSA from 3 Religions, SOS Children's Village, Jakarta). This study aims to: (1) Know the role of LKSA SOS Children's Village Jakarta in implementing multicultural education for adolescents in a hidden curriculum, (2) Knowing the supporting and inhibiting factors for the role of LKSA SOS Children's Village in implementing multicultural education for adolescents in a hidden curriculum. This research was conducted at LKSA SOS Children's Village Jakarta, Cibubur, East Jakarta. The research method used is descriptive which aims to describe the role of LKSA in applying the hidden curriculum of multicultural education to adolescents in 2020. The population of this study were foster mothers, foster children, employees, and religious teachers. LKSA SOS Children's Village Jakarta. Sampling was carried out by purposive sampling with the subject of foster children who were teenagers (aged 10-18 years) totaling 62 foster mothers who had not retired (still caring for in the family home) totaling 15 people, religion teachers who provided material at SOS Children's Village Jakarta. There are 3 people, employees of SOS Children's Village Jakarta who interact with foster mothers, foster teachers, and foster children. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of multicultural education by LKSA for adolescents is carried out by all foster mothers (15 people), employees (Village Director and 4 educators), and religious teachers (3 people). The implementation is carried out in a hidden curriculum derived from the SOS Care Promise, child protection policies and gender equality policies. Supporting factors come from activities such as community groups and events on big days. Then extracurricular related to multicultural education. The inhibiting factor is more because it is difficult to provide multicultural education to young children and they are still a little surprised by the difference.
