Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan secara komprehensif tentang sistem organisasi belajar di Pondok Pesantren Buntet Cirebon mulai dari dinamika belajar, transformasi organisasi, pemberdayaan manusia, manajemen pengetahuan dan aplikasi teknologi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus dengan jenis intrinsik (intrinsic case study). Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara mendalam, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini diantaranya: 1) dinamika belajar telah sepenuhnya dilakukan para kyai dan pengelola yayasan yang memahami akan perannya masing-masing dalam mengarahkan organisasi ke arah pembelajaran yang berkualitas, baik secara individu maupun kelompok. 2) transformasi organisasi telah dilakukan perubahan organisasi dari organisasi yang bersifat tradisional ke organisasi yang terus berkembang. 3) pemberdayaan manusia telah dilakukan dengan peningkatan kualifikasi tugas belajar para ustadz dan kyai dalam menghadapi persaingan antar lembaga sejenis maupun globalisasi. 4) manajemen pengetahuan telah dilakukan dengan membentuk sistem yang terorganisir dengan baik dan merekam pengetahuan dari sumber daya organisasi. 5) aplikasi teknologi secara bertahap berkembang dan mendukung kebijakan organisasi pesantren dengan memanfaatkan kemajuan teknologi. The purpose of this research is to describe comprehensively the learning organization system conducted by Buntet Islamic Boarding School (Pesantren), Cirebon, starting from the learning dynamic, organization transformation, people empowerment, knowledge management, and technology application. This research used the intrinsic case study method. Techniques for collecting data included conducting in-depth interviews and observations and creating documentations. Results of this research 1) the learning dynamic has been fully implemented by the elders (kiai) and the foundation officials who have fully understand their respective roles in bringing the organization towards high quality learning, both individually and in groups. 2) the organization has gone through a transformation that has changed the organization from a traditional organization to an organization that continues to develop. 3) the organization tries to elevate its people capabilities by improving the learning task qualification of their ustadz and elders as a way to face the competition posted by similar institutions and globalization. 4) knowledge management has been realized by building a well-organized system which shall record knowledge from resources belong to the organization. 5) the technology applications has been progressively developed to support the Islamic boarding school organization policies by utilizing technology advancement.
