Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan ujaran kebencian dan bentuk-bentuknya dalam komentar warganet di Facebook dengan menggunakan teori tindak tutur ilokusi Leech. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa komentar berupa ujaran kebencian yang dilontarkan warganet termasuk dalam bentuk: (1) Rassismus, yaitu pandangan benci untuk merendahkan ras atau etnis lain, seperti orang kulit putih terhadap kulit berwarna dan Fremdenfeindlichkeit, yaitu sikap tidak suka terhadap orang asing. (2) Antisemitismus, yaitu sikap benci terhadap kaum Yahudi dan Antimuslimischer Rassismus, yaitu sikap benci terhadap kaum muslim. (3) Sexismus atau diskriminasi kepada perempuan. (4) Homo- dan Transphobie, yaitu diskriminasi kepada kaum homoseksual, transeksual dan interseksual. (5) Politisch Aktive, yaitu sikap permusuhan terhadap orang yang membela kaum minoritas. Pada penelitian ini ujaran kebencian didominasi bentuk Politisch Aktive sebanyak 10 data komentar. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa dominasi ujaran kebencian Politisch Aktive sebagai akibat dari rasa kecewa penutur terhadap pemerintah Jerman yang dianggapnya lebih memprioritaskan para imigran dibandingkan dengan masyarakat Jerman sendiri. Kata kunci: Ujaran Kebencian, Komentar Facebook, Imigran, Ilokusi Leech. ********** Abstract: The purpose of this study is to describe hate speech and its forms on netizen comments on Facebook using Leech illocutionary speech act theory. This Study is a qualitative with descriptive method. The results showed that comments in the form of hate speech made by netizens were of the following types: (1) Rassismus, namely, negative views to denigrate other races or ethnicities such as, white people against colored skin and Fremdenfeindlichkeit, namely, dislike of foreigners; (2) Antisemitismus, namely, hatred towards Jews and Antimuslimischer Rassismus, namely, hatred towards Muslims; (3) Sexismus or discrimination against women; (4) Homo- and Transphobie, namely, discrimination against homosexuals, transsexuals, and intersexuals; (5) Politisch Aktive, namely, hostility towards people who defend minorities. In this study, hate speech was dominated by the form of Politisch Aktive as many as 10 data comments. Based on the results of this study, it is concluded that the dominance of hate speech is Politisch Aktive as a result of the speakers disappointment towards the German government which was considered to prioritize immigrants compared to German society itself.
