Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Penghargaan Finansial, Motivasi Ekonomi, Motivasi Karir, dan Motivasi Pertimbangan Pasar Kerja Terhadap Minat Mahasiswa Akuntansi Dalam Berkarir Dibidang Perpajakan. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dengan instrumen penelitiannya menggunakan kuesioner. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa Program Studi S1 Akuntansi Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Jakarta (UPNVJ) dan Universitas Trilogi 2016-2017. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling, yaitu teknik Purposive Sampling, sehingga menghasilkan jumlah responden sebanyak 270 mahasiswa. Pengujian hipotesis yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Penghargaan Finansial berpengaruh positif terhadap Minat Mahasiswa Akuntansi Dalam Berkarir Dibidang Perpajakan.; (2) Motivasi Ekonomi berpengaruh positif terhadap Minat Mahasiswa Akuntansi Dalam Berkarir Dibidang Perpajakan; (3) Motivasi Karir berpengaruh positif terhadap Minat Mahasiswa Akuntansi Dalam Berkarir Dibidang Perpajakan; dan (4) Motivasi Pertimbangan Pasar Kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap Minat Mahasiswa Akuntansi Dalam Berkarir Dibidang Perpajakan. Kata Kunci: Penghargaan Finansial, Motivasi Ekonomi, Motivasi Karir, Motivasi Pertimbangan Pasar Kerja, Minat Mahasiswa Akuntansi Dalam Berkarir Dibidang Perpajakan This research was conducted with the aim to determine the effect of financial awards, economic motivation, career motivation and work market consideration motivation on the interest of accounting students in a career in taxation. This study uses primary data with the research instrument using a questionnaire. Respondents in this study were students of the S1 Accounting Program at the Veteran National Development University Jakarta (UPNVJ) and the Trilogy University in 2016-2017. In this study, using a sampling technique, namely the Purposive Sampling technique, resulting in 270 students as respondents. Hypothesis testing carried out in this study uses the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis method using SPSS 25. The results of this study indicate that (1) Financial Awards have a positive effect on The Interest of Accounting Students in a Career in Taxation; (2) Economic Motivation has a positive effect on The Interest of Accounting Students in a Career in Taxation; (3) Career Motivation has a positive effect on The Interest of Accounting Students in a Career in Taxation; and (4) Work Market Considerations Motivation doesn’t affect on The Interest of Accounting Students in a Career in Taxation.
