Abstract

Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk berupa Learning Object untuk pelatihan Station Staff di PT MRT Jakarta (Perseroda). Dalam mengembangkan produk Learning Object ini, pengembang menggunakan model Rapid Prototyping yang memiliki lima tahapan yaitu Assess Needs and Analyze Content, Set Objectives, Construct Prototype (design), Utilization Prototype (research), dan Installing The Final System. Penelitian pengembangan ini telah melalui tahapan evaluasi yang dilakukan oleh para ahli (expert review) yang terdiri dari ahli materi, ahli media, dan ahli desain pembelajaran. Hasil uji coba expert review yang diperoleh dari ahli materi mendapatkan nilai sebesar 3,27 (sangat baik), ahli media 2,98 (baik), dan ahli desain pembelajaran 3,09 (baik). Hasil penelitian pengembangan ini menunjukkan bahwa Learning Object ini dapat digunakan untuk pelatihan Station Staff PT MRT Jakarta (Perseroda). This development research aims to produce a product in the form of a Learning Object for training Station Staff at PT MRT Jakarta (Perseroda). In developing this Learning Object product, the developer uses the Rapid Prototyping model which has five stages, namely Assess Needs and Analyze Content, Set Objectives, Construct Prototype (design), Utilization Prototype (research), and Installing The Final System. This development research has gone through the evaluation stage carried out by experts (expert review) consisting of material experts, media experts, and instructional design experts. The results of the expert review trials obtained from material experts got a score of 3.27 (very good), media experts 2.98 (good), and instructional design experts 3.09 (good). The results of this development research indicate that this Learning Object can be used for training Station Staff PT MRT Jakarta (Perseroda).
