Abstract

Identifikasi Pola Asuh Pelaku Pedofilia dan Karakteristik, Skripsi, Jakarta: Program Studi Kesejahteraan Keluarga, Fakultas Teknik, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Dosen Pembimbing: Mulyati, S. Pd., M. Si. dan Prastiti Laras, M. Si. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pola asuh yang diterapkan orang tua pada pelaku sehingga menjadikannya sebagai pedofil serta mengetahui karakteristik yang ada pada pedofil. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif studi kasus kontrol dengan pendekatan retrospectif yaitu faktor-faktor beresiko kemudian diidentifikasi ada atau terjadinya pada waktu lampau. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah pelaku pedofilia di Lapas Cipinang. Berdasarkan uraian dan pembahasan mengenai “Identifikasi Karakteristik Pola Asuh Pelaku Pedofilia ” maka dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa para penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor pola asuh dapat dikatakan sebagai penyebab seseorang melakukan penyimpangan seksual yaitu dengan pola asuh yang didapatkan dari ketiga informan adalah pola asuh permisif atau dibebaskan, minimnya hubungan emosional atau kurang hangatnya hubungan dengan orang tua, kemudian orang tua yang acuh tidak peduli dengan keadaan anaknya, sehingga informan mendapatkan banyak dorongan dari faktor tersebut, dan dari faktor tersebutlah yang membuat pelaku melakukan penyimpangan seksual atau menjadi pelaku pedofilia dan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada beberapa karakteristik pelaku pedofilia yang akan dijadikan korban seperti obsesif, berkamuflase, dan bersikap agresif. Garis besar kriteria pelaku adalah anak dibawah umur, terdapat homoseks dan heteroseks, serta kriteria bagian yang disukai seperti wajah, tubuh maupun rambut. This study aims to identify the parenting styles applied by parents to the perpetrators so that they become pedophiles and to find out the characteristics of the pedophiles. The research method used is a qualitative case study method with a retrospective approach, then risk factors are identified as being present or occurring in the past. The informants in this study were pedophiles in Cipinang prison. Based on the description and discussion of "Identifying the Characteristics of Pedophile Parenting" it can be concluded that these studies show that the parenting factor can be said to be the cause of a person committing sexual deviations, namely the parenting patterns obtained from the three Informan are permissive parenting or exemption. lack of emotional relationships or lack of warmth with parents, then indifferent parents do not care about the condition of their children, so that informan get a lot of encouragement from these factors, and it is from these factors that make the perpetrator commit sexual deviations or become pedophiles and this research shows that There are several characteristics of pedophile offenders who will become victims, such as obsessiveness, camouflage, and being aggressive. The outline of the criteria for the perpetrator is minors, there are homosexual and heterosexuals, as well as the criteria for preferred parts such as face, body and hair.
