Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan model pengintegrasian employability skills, kedalam Desain Instruksional untuk memfasilitasi pembelajaran dan meningkatkan kinerja pelatihan dan employability lulusan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Penelitian dan Pengembangan (R&D=Research and Development). Pengembangan desain instruksional pelatihan asesor kompetensi dilaksanakan dengan kesimpulan bahwa pengintegrasian employability skills pada desain instruksional pendidikan dan pelatihan harus dilakukan pada setiap tahap pengembangan desain instruksional, yang kemudian terintegrasi pada setiap elemen unit kompetensi Modul Pembelajaran. Dalam studi ini dihasilkan beberapa model yang dapat memfasilitasi proses pengembangan desain instruksional, yakni: 1) Model interface (antar muka) antara Standard Oprational Procedures dunia kerja, Standar Kompetensi, pengembangan kurikulum, dan asesmen, telah membantu identifikasi dan memformulasikan kebutuhan dalam front-end analysis; 2) Model integrasi employability skills dan desain instruksional dapat mengintervensi dan meningkatkan kualitas dan kinerja pelatihan asesor kompetensi, serta "Learning Delivery Strategy Model based on Sequences 1-5 Competence Dimensions " yang memfasilitasi pengembangan strategi penyajian pembelajaran yang dapat digunakan meningkatkan kinerja; 3) Kelompok Employability skills dan metode integrasinya ke dalam elemen kompetensi modul pembalajaran; dan 4) Rumusan Standar kompetensi “Spesialis Desain Instruksional”, Perangkat asesmen kompetensi Asesor Kompetensi, dan Modul Pembelajaran Pelatihan Asesor Kompetensi, untuk menghasilkan sumberdaya yang kompeten dalam mengembangkan desain instruksional. The purpose of this study is to develop a model for integrating employability skills, into Instructional Design to facilitate learning and improve the performance of graduate training and its employability. This study uses a Research and Development (R & D = Research and Development) approach. The development of instructional design training for competency assessors is carried out with the conclusion that the integration of employability skills in education and training instructional design must be carried out at each stage of instructional design development, which is then integrated into each element of the Learning Module competency unit. In this study, several models were produced that can facilitate the instructional design development process, namely: 1) Interface model between Standard Oprational Procedures in the workplace, Competency Standards, curriculum development, and assessment, which facilitate identifing and formulating in front-end analysis; 2) The employability skills integration model and instructional design that can intervene and improve the quality and performance of competency assessor training, and the "Learning Delivery Strategy Model based on Sequences 1-5 Competence Dimensions " which facilitate the development of learning delivery strategies that can improve training performance; 3) Employability skill sets and its methods of integrating into competency elements of learning module; and 4) Formulated Competency standards of “Instructional Design Specialists”, Competency Assessment Tools for Competency Assessors, and Competency Assessor Training Learning Modules, to produce competent human resources in developing instructional designs.
