Abstract

PEMENUHAN STANDAR SARANA DAN PRASARANA PENDIDIKAN DI SD MUHAMMADIYAH 24 RAWAMANGUN (2021) NURHIDAYAH ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan pemenuhan standar sarana dan prasarana pendidikan di SD Muhammadiyah 24 Rawamangun. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Agustus hingga bulan November 2020 dengan objek penelitian di SD Muhammadiyah 24 Rawamangun. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan beberapa menggunakan beberapa pedoman diantaranya pedoman wawancara mendalam, studi dokumentasi, dan observasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: (1) Diskrepansi standar sarana dan prasarana yang ada di sekolah dengan Permendiknas No. 24 Tahun 2007 yaitu jumlah buku referensi, jumlah kursi baca dan jumlah meja baca di perpustakaan belum memenuhi standar. (2) Upaya sekolah dalam memenuhi sarana yaitu dilakukan dengan beberapa cara seperti: membeli, sumbangan, swadaya,BOS dan memperbaiki barang. (3)Hambatan dalam pemenuhan sarana ada dua faktor yaitu faktor anggaran dan faktor pengelolaan. Kata Kunci: Sarana dan Prasarana, Standar Sarana dan Prasarana PEMENUHAN STANDAR SARANA DAN PRASARANA PENDIDIKAN DI SD MUHAMMADIYAH 24 RAWAMANGUN (2021) NURHIDAYAH ABSTRACT This study aims to describe the fulfillment of educational facilities and infrastructure standards at SD Muhammadiyah 24 Rawamangun. This research was conducted from August to November 2020 with the object of research at SD Muhammadiyah 24 Rawamangun. The method used is a descriptive method using a qualitative approach. Collecting data using several uses several guidelines including in-depth interview guidelines, documentation study, and observation. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The standard discrepancy of existing facilities and infrastructure in schools with Permendiknas No. 24 of 2007, namely the number of reference books, the number of reading chairs and the number of reading tables in the library have not met the standard. (2) The school's efforts to fulfill the facilities are carried out in several ways such as: buying, donations, self-help, BOS and repairing goods. (3) Obstacles in the fulfillment of facilities are two factors, namely the budget factor and the management factor. Keywords: Facilities and Infrastructure, Standard of Facilities and Infrastructure
