Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses perencanaa,pelaksanaan dan pengawasan ekstrakurikuler floorball di SMA N 13 Jakarta.Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan November 2019 hingga bulan juli 2020 dengan objek penelitian di SMA N 13 Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan beberapa pedoman diantaranya pedoman wawancara mendalam, studi dokumentasi, dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) Proses perencanaan diadakannya ekstrakurikuler floorball dilakukan pada akhir tahun 2014 yang dimulai dengan ide sekelompok siswa yang memiliki minta yang sama. (2)Pelaksanaan ekstrakurikuler floorball dilaksanakan setiap hari Selasa dan Kamis dimulai dari pukul 16.00 – Selesai. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di lapangan indoor sekolah atau halaman sekolah. Materi yang diajarkan dalam kegiatan ekstrakurikuler floorball meliputi pemanasan, latihan tiap pertemuan, skill mengelolah bola dengan baik, dan juga persiapan mengikuti perlombaan. (3)Pengawasan ekstrakurikuler floorball di SMA N 13 Jakarta dilakukan setiap diadakannya kegiatan. Pengawasan dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah yang dibantu oleh wakil kepala sekolah bidang kesiswaan, pembina, dan pelatih ekstrakurikuler floorball SMA N 13 Jakarta. Pengawasan dilakukan dengan melakukan pengawasan langsung terhadap pelaksanaan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler floorball. Hal ini bertujuan agar proses memastikan bahwakegiatan sesuai dengan prosedur dan untuk mengecek kehadiran siswa. Kendala yang dihadapi dalam proses pengawasan yaitu ketika pihak sekolah tidak dapat mengawasi pelaksanaan kegiatan ektrakurikuler floorball SMA N 13 Jakarta, namun kendala tersebut dapat diatasi dengan adanya kerjasama antara pihak sekolah dan orang tua. Keberhasilan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler floorball semata-mata agar siswa memiliki wadah untuk mengembangkan minat serta bakat dengan kegiatan positif dan masih dalam pengawasan pihak sekolah serta siswa dapat memperoleh prestasi selain dibidang akademik. This study aims to determine the planning, implementation and supervision of Floorball extracurricular activities at SMA Negeri 13 Jakarta. This research was conducted from November 2019 to July 2020 with the object of research at SMA Negeri 13 Jakarta. The method used is a descriptive method using a qualitative approach. Data collection uses several guidelines including in-depth interview guidelines, documentation study, and observation. The results showed that: (1) The planning process for floorball extracurricular activities was carried out at the end of 2014 which began with the idea of a group of students who had the same request. (2) Floorball extracurricular activities are held every Tuesday and Thursday starting at 16.00 - Finish. Activities carried out in the school indoor field or school yard. The material taught in the floorball extracurricular activities includes warm-up, practice for each meeting, skills in managing the ball well, and also preparation for participating in competitions. (3) Supervision of floorball extracurricular activities at SMA Negeri 13 Jakarta is carried out every time an activity is held. Supervision is carried out by the principal who is assisted by the vice principal of student affairs, coaches, and floorball extracurricular trainers at SMA Negeri 13 Jakarta. Supervision is carried out by direct supervision of the implementation of floorball extracurricular activities. This is so that the process ensures that activities are carried out according to procedures and to check student attendance. The obstacles faced in the supervisory process were when the school was unable to supervise the implementation of floorball extracurricular activities at SMA Negeri 13 Jakarta, but these obstacles could be overcome by a collaboration between the school and parents. The success of floorball extracurricular activities is solely so that students have a place to develop their interests and talents with positive activities and are still under the supervision of the school and students can gain achievements other than in the academic field.
