Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran kinerja guru SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Pangururan. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah skala kinerja guru dari Victy Vidaya Viqraizin. Skala kinerja ini terdiri dari 36 item. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 77 responden. Responden penelitian ini terdiri dari 62 wanita dan 15 pria dengan rentang usia 31 - 59 tahun. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu sampling jenuh. Dalam penelitian ini data dihitung menggunakan aplikasi IBM SPSS Statistics 26 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: sebagian besar kinerja guru SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Pangururan termasuk ke dalam kategori tinggi dengan jumlah 40 dengan persentase 51.95% dari keseluruhan responden penelitian. Jumlah responden yang termasuk dalam kategori rendah terdapat 37 dengan persentase 48.05%. This study aims to describe the work performance of State Junior High School teachers in Sub-District Pangururan. The instrument used is teachers’ work performance scale from Victy Vidaya Viqraizin. This work performance scale consists of 36 items. This research was conducted using descriptive research method with quantitative approach. The research sample consists of 77 respondents. Respondents of this study consists of 62 women and 15 men with an age range of 31 - 59 years. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling. In this study the data was calculated using the IBM SPSS Statistics 26 for windows application. The results reveals that most of the performance of State Junior High School teachers in Sub-District Pangururan was included in the high category with a total of 40 with a percentage of 51.95% of the total research respondents. The number of respondents included in the low category was 37 with a percentage of 48.05%.
