Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan analisis motivasi belajar peserta didik pada materi reaksi redoks menggunakan model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing dilihat dari aspek Attention Relevance Confidence Satisfaction (ARCS). Subjek penelitian ini adalah kelas X MIPA A SMA Negeri 105 Jakarta sebanyak 32 peserta didik. Penelitian dilaksankan pada semester genap tahun ajaran 2019/2020. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui pengamatan saat pembelajaran, kuesioner motivasi belajar ARCS, reflektif jurnal dan wawancara peserta didik. Motivasi belajar peserta didik yang diamati sebanyak empat indikator menurut Keller. Indikator motivasi belajar peserta didik yang diteliti adalah perhatian peserta didik terhadap pembelajaran (Attention), keterkaitan peserta didik terhadap pembelajaran (Relevance), kepercayaan diri peserta didik terhadap pembelajaran (Confidence), dan kepuasan peserta didik terhadap pembelajaran (Satisfaction). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa empat indiikator motivasi belajar ARCS cenderung terbangun dan berkembang pada pembelajaran reaksi redoks menggunakan model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing. Berdasarkan hasil kuesioner motivasi belajar ARCS peserta didik per indikator mencapai lebih dari 50% yang menunjukkan motivasi belajar peserta didik yang positif. This study aims to produce an analysis of students' learning motivation on redox reaction by using a guided inquiry learning model seen from the aspect of Attention Relevance Confidence Satisfaction (ARCS). The subjects of this study are class X MIPA A SMAN 105 Jakarta as many as 32 students. The research was conducted in December 2019 – March 2020. The research method used in qualitative method. Research data were obtained through observations during learning, ARCS learning motivation questionnaires, reflective journals and student interviews. According to Keller, there are four indicators of student learning motivation that are observed. The indicators of learning motivation of students studied were students attention to learning (Attention), the relationship of students to learning (Relevance), students' confidence in learning (Confidence), and student satisfaction with learning (Satisfaction). The results showed that four indicators of learning motivation for ARCS tended to develop and develop in learning redox reactions using a guided inquiry learning model. Based on the results of the ARCS student learning motivation questionnaire per indicator it reached more than 50% which indicates positive learning motivation of students.
