Abstract
Penelitian ini merupakan Tingkat Keandalan Sistem Proteksi Kebakaran di Gd M.Syafei Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Perkembangan pembangunan gedung di Kota DKI Jakarta semakin meningkat pesat pembangunan tersebut harus didukung dengan sistem proteksi yang tinggi juga untuk menanggapi bahaya kebakaran. Sistem proteksi tidak dapat dipisahkan dengan kontruksi gedung, maka dari itu sistem proteksi kebakaran harus direncanakan dari awal bersamaan perencanaan kontruksi gedung itu sendiri. Berdasarkan hasil analisa lapangan di Gd M.Syafei Universitas Negeri Jakarta didapatkan bahwa nilai Kondisi Kelengkapan Tapak sebesar 22,50%, Sarana Penyelamatan sebesar 23,95%, Sistem Proteksi Aktif 19,34%, Sistem Proteksi kebakaran pasif sebesar 26% maka Tingkat keandalan sistem proteksi kebakaran pada gedung M.Syafei Universitas Negeri Jakarta adalah 95,02 % . Hasil ini berarti sistem proteksi gedudng M.Syafei Universitas Negeri Jakarta tergolong dalam kategori Baik (B). Peneliti menyarankan pihak gedung M.Syafei UNJ perlu memperhatikan rutin berkala dalam penangangan dan pencegahan sistem proteksi kebakaran. This research is the level of reliability of the fire protection system at M.Syafei Building, Jakarta State University. The development of building construction in the city of DKI Jakarta is increasing. The rapid development must be supported by a high protection system to respond to fire hazards. The protection system cannot be separated from the building construction, therefore the fire protection system must be planned from the beginning together with the building construction planning itself. Based on the results of field analysis at M.Syafei State University Jakarta, it was found that the value of Site Completeness Conditions was 22.50%, Rescue Means of 23.95%, Active Protection Systems 19.34%, Passive Fire Protection Systems of 26%, the level of reliability fire protection system in M.Syafei building, State University of Jakarta is 95.02%. This result means that the home protection system of M.Syafei State University of Jakarta is in the Good category (B). Researchers suggest that the M.Syafei UNJ building needs to pay attention to periodic routines in handling and preventing fire protection systems.
