Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh antara Adversity Quotient Dan Self Efficacy terhadap intensi berwirausaha siswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama Sembilan bulan terhitung mulai bulan Maret sampai dengan Desember 2020. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei menggunakan kuesioner dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi terjangkau dalam penelitian ini Populasi terjangkau dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh kelas XI SMK Negeri 40 Jakarta yang berjumlah 180 siswa. Dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel proportional stratified random sampling. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 119 siswa. Dengan variabel Intensi Berwirausaha (Y), Adversity Quotient (X1) dan Self Efficacy (X2),. Dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 25 sebagai alat analisis data. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu, pertama uji persyaratan analisis terdiri dari uji normalitas 0,200 > 0,05 dan uji linearitas 0,000 < 0,05. Kedua uji asumsi klasik terdiri dari uji multikolinearitas dengan nilai tolerance X1 0,696 > 0,1 dan nilai VIF 1,436 < 10, X2 0,696 > 0,1 dan nilai VIF 1,436 < 10. Uji heteroskedesitas dengan rank spearman untuk X1 0,511 > 0,05 dan X2 0,411 > 0,05. Ketiga uji regresi berganda dengan hasil persamaan Y = 14,683 + 0,171X1 + 0,367X2. Keempat uji hipotesis terdiri dari uji F yaitu 12,834 > 3,07 dan uji t untuk X1 2,095 > 1,980, X2 2,695 > 1,980. Kelima analisis koefisien determinasi yaitu 0,986 atau 98,6% variabel intensi berwirausaha dapat dijelaskan oleh Adversity Quotient dan Self Efficacy. Sedangkan 1,4% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. Kata kunci: Intensi Berwirausaha, Adversity Quotient, Self Efficacy This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between Adversity Quotient and Self Efficacy on students' entrepreneurial intentions. This research was conducted for nine months starting from March to December 2020. The research method used was the research method used was a survey method using a questionnaire with a quantitative approach. The data analysis technique used is that the first analysis requirements test consists of a normality test of 0.200> 0.05 and a linearity test of 0.000 <0.05. The two classical assumption tests consisted of the multicollinearity test with a tolerance value of X1 0.696> 0.1 and a VIF value of 1.436 <10, X2 0.696> 0.1 and a VIF value of 1.436 <10.Heteroscedesity test with a spearman rank for X1 0.511> 0.05 and X2 0.411> 0.05. The three multiple regression tests with the results of the equation Y = 14.683 +0.171X1 + 0.367X2. The four hypothesis tests consist of the F test, namely12,834> 3.07 and the t test for X1 2,095> 1,980, X2 2,695> 1,980. The five analysisof the coefficient of determination, namely 0.986 or 98.6% of the entrepreneurialintention variable, can be explained by Adversity Quotient and Self Efficacy.Meanwhile, 1.4% is influenced by other variables not examined.
