Abstract
Lembaga Semi Otonom (LSO) Qur’an Institute (QI) Universitas Negeri Jakarta adalah lembaga Al-Quran yang ada di lingkungan kampus UNJ. Demi mewujudkan salah satu dari visi dan misi LSO QI UNJ yaitu perbaikan tilawah Al-Quran, LSO QI UNJ memiliki program untuk memperbaiki bacaan Al-Quran atau biasa disebut tahsin Al-Quran yang dinamakan program Study Quran Intensive (SQI). Dalam proses pembelajaran SQI terdapat beberapa tahapan, dimulai dari perekrutan pengajar, pendaftaran peserta, ujian penempatan tingkatan kemampuan tilawah peserta, kegiatan belajar mengajar, evaluasi akhir, dan wisuda SQI. Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk membangun sistem informasi akademik SQI UNJ yang berbasis website untuk memudahkan pengelolaan dan keberlangsungan kegiatan program SQI khususnya dalam hal administratif. Sistem informasi SQI dibangun menggunakan metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model Waterfall dengan tahapan dimulai dari analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi sistem, hingga pengujian. Analisis kebutuhan dilakukan dengan metode wawancara, setelah didapatkan kebutuhan pengguna akan sistem, dilanjutkan ke tahap perancangan. Penulis menggunakan diagram Unified Modeling Language (UML) untuk memberikan gambaran sistem yang akan dibangun. Pada tahap implementasi sistem, penulis menggunakan framework dengan arsitektur Model View Controller (MVC). Terakhir, sebelum sistem informasi digunakan, dilakukan pengujian sistem oleh user untuk mengetahui apakah sistem berjalan dengan baik. Kata kunci : tahsin Al-Quran, sistem informasi, SDLC, Waterfall model, UML, MVC. ************* Lembaga Semi Otonom (LSO) Qur’an Institute (QI), State University of Jakarta is an Al-Quran institution located on the UNJ. In order to realize one of the visions and missions of LSO QI UNJ, namely improving the recitation of the Al-Quran, LSO QI UNJ has a program to improve the reading of the Al-Quran or so-called tahsin Al-Quran which is called the Study Quran Intensive (SQI). In the SQI learning process there are several stages, starting from teacher recruitment, student registration, student recitation level placement tests, learning activities, final evaluation, and SQI graduation. This thesis aims to build a website-based academic information system for SQI UNJ to facilitate the management and sustainability of SQI program activities, especially in administrative matters. The SQI information system is built using the Waterfall Model System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method with stages starting from requirement analysis, system design, system implementation, to testing. Requirement analysis is done by interview method, after obtaining user requirement for the system, it is continued to the design stage. The author uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML) diagram to provide an overview of the system. At the system implementation stage, the authors use a framework with the Model View Controller (MVC) architecture. Finally, before the information system is used, a system test is carried out by the user to find out whether the system is running well.
