Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses pembinaan dan pengembangan olahraga rekreasi di Komite Olahraga Rekreasi - Masyarakat Indonesia (KORMI) Kabupaten Bogor Pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19. Lebih tepatnya penelitian ini dilakukan di KORMI Kabupaten Bogor yang berada di Stadion Pakansari Gate 6, dilaksanakan pada bulan Desember 2020 sampai Januari 2021. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah sumber daya manusia yang ada di kepengurusan KORMI Kabupaten Bogor yaitu Ketua Umum, Ketua Bidang Organisasi dan Ketua Pemberdayaan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan triangulasi data dengan pedoman wawancara yang telah disusun dan disetujui oleh validator ahli. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini dengan cara reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi. Berdasarkan pedoman wawancara hasil data, hasil data dari hasil wawancara diperoleh bahwa proses pembinaan di KORMI Kabupaten Bogor pada masa pandemi covid-19 telah memenuhi ketentuan dan telah melaksanakan fungsi dan proses organisasi sebagaimana mestinya untuk membina dan mengembangkan olahraga rekreasi. Pada proses pengembangan olahraga rekreasi di KORMI Kabupaten bogor berjalan dengan baik seperti olahraga massal dan kegiatan yang dilakukan masyarakat.berjalannya suatu organisasi berupa proses pembinaan dan pengembangan namun tinggi rendahnya, baik buruknya serapan dari ide-ide masyarakat yang dapat direalisasikan tergantung kepada kepengurusan dan pemerintah yang mendukung. This study aims to determine the process of coaching and developing recreational sports at the Indonesian Community Recreation Sports Committee (KORMI) Bogor Regency during the Covid-19 Pandemic. More precisely, this research was conducted at KORMI Bogor Regency, which is located at Pakansari Gate 6 Stadium, held from December 2020 to January 2021. The method used is descriptive qualitative. The subjects of this research are human resources in the management of KORMI Bogor Regency, namely the General Chairperson, the Chairperson for Organization and the Chair for Empowerment. The data collection technique uses data triangulation with interview guidelines that have been prepared and approved by expert validators. Data analysis in this study was done by means of data reduction, data presentation and verification. Based on the data interview guidelines, the results of the data from the interviews show that the coaching process at KORMI Bogor Regency during the Covid-19 pandemic has fulfilled the requirements and has carried out the proper organizational functions and processes to foster and develop recreational sports. In the process of developing recreational sports at KORMI Bogor Regency, it runs well, such as mass sports and activities carried out by the community. The running of an organization in the form of a coaching and development process, but the high and low, whether or not the absorption of community ideas can be realized depends on the management and government which support.
