Abstract

MODEL LATIHAN REAKSI PENJAGA GAWANG USIA 14 TAHUN ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat model latihan reaksi penjaga gawang usia 14 tahun. Model ini diharapkan menjadi salah satu referensi yang dapat digunakan para pelatih untuk melatih reaksi penjaga gawang. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implemention, Evaluation) yaitu suatu metode yang muncul pertama kali pada tahun 1975 yang dikembangkan oleh pusat teknologi pembelajaran di Universitas Florida untuk dinas militer Amerika Serikat. Penjaga gawang adalah pemain yang penting dalam barisan pertahanan. Kemampuan serta keterampilan yang dimiliki sangat dibutuhkan untuk menjaga gawang dari gol lawan. Salah satu kemampuan yang harus dimiliki seorang penjaga gawang ada reaksi yang baik. Penelitian dimulai dengan menganalisa kebutuhan model yang akan dibuat. Kemudian peneliti menyusun rancangan model yang dibuat dan dikembangkan kembali berdasarkan hasil evaluasi. Setelah model di validasi oleh para pakar sepakbola dan pelatih penjaga gawang, model di implementasikan untuk melihat sejauh mana model dapat diterapkan yang hasilnya di evaluasi kembali kelebihan dan kekurangan model yang dibuat. Metode ADDIE ini digunakan karena melihat situasi yang terjadi pada masa penelitian ini, yaitu adanya keterbatasan waktu serta tempat penelitian yang diakibatkan karena adanya pandemi covid-19 yang membuat banyak sekolah sepak bola mentiadakan latihan dan pertandingan. Dan untuk pengumpulan data pada skripsi ini yang dipakai adalah metodologi experts judgement dimana model yang dibuat ditelaah oleh para pakar sepakbola dan pelatih penjaga gawang. Melalui masukan serta saran dari pakar tersebut menghasilkan 20 model latihan reaksi penjaga gawang yang valid dan dapat diterapkan secara langsung di lapangan. Kata Kunci: model latihan, reaksi penjaga gawang, metode ADDIE   MODEL TRAINING REACTION GOALKEEPEER 14 YEARS OLD ABSTRACT This study aims to create a model of the 14 year old goalkeeper reaction training. This model is expected to be one of the references that coaches can use to train goalkeeper reactions. This study uses the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) research method, which is a method that first appeared in 1975 which was developed by the learning technology center at the University of Florida for the United States military service. Goalkeeper was the important in the defense. The ability and skills possessed needed to keep the opponents of goals. One of the abilities a goalkeeper must have is a good reaction. The research begins by analyzing the needs of the model to be made. Then the researchers compiled a model design that was created and developed again based on the results of the evaluation. After the model is validated by football experts and goalkeepers coaches, the model is implemented to see the extent to which the model can be applied which results in re-evaluation of the advantages and disadvantages of the model made. The ADDIE method was used because it saw the situation that occurred during this research period, namely the limited time and place for research caused by the covid-19 pandemic which made many soccer schools stop training and matches. And for data collection in this thesis used is the expert judgment methodology where the model made is reviewed by football experts and goalkeeping coaches. Through input and suggestions from these experts, 20 valid goalkeeper reaction training models can be applied in the field. Keywords: training model, goalkeeper reaction, ADDIE methodelogy
