Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung antara (1) supervisi terhadap Kualitas layanan guru, (2) komitmen organisasi terhadap kualitas layanan guru, (3) supervisi terhadap komitmen organisasi. Metode penelitian yang dipilih menggunakan metode survei dengan pendekatan korelasional. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat 115 orang sampel guru sekolah dasar negeri yang dipilih berdasarkan teknik simple random sampling. Berdasarkan deskripsi uji hopotesis di atas, diperoleh hasil temuan penelitian sebagai berikut : (1) terdapat pengaruh langsung yang signifikan antara supervisi terhadap kualitas layanan guru, Jumlah besaran yang diberikan tersebut ditunjukkan oleh koefisien korelasi 0,170 dan koefisien jalur 0,306. Hal ini menujukkan bahwa Supervisi dapat meningkatkan Kualitas Layanan Guru. Dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa Variabel Supervisi yang terdiri dari beberapa indikator Terbukti berpengaruh sangat signifikan terhadap variabel kualitas Layanan guru (2) terdapat pengaruh langsung dan signifikan antara komitmen organisasi dengan kualitas layanan guru, Jumlah besaran yang diberikan tersebut ditunjukkan oleh koefisien korelasi 0,447 dan koefisien jalur 0,609. Hal ini menujukkan bahwa Komitmen Organisasi dapat meningkatkan Kualitas Layanan Guru. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa Variabel Komitmen organisasi yang terdiri dari beberapa Dimensi yang mengandung beberpa Indikator Terbukti berpengaruh sangat signifikan terhadap variabel kualitas Layanan guru. (3) terdapat pengaruh langsung dan signifikan antara supervisi dengan komiten organisasi Jumlah besaran yang diberikan tersebut ditunjukkan oleh koefisien korelasi 0,465 dan koefisien jalur 0,407. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa Variabel Supervisi yang terdiri dari beberapa indikator Terbukti berpengaruh sangat signifikan terhadap variabel komitmen organisasi. Implikasi yang didapat dari penelitian ini yaitu perlunya upaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan guru melalui supervisi dengan cara (1) selalu diberikan arahan dan bimbingan dalam bekerja, (2) Dorongan untuk maju, (3) Bantuan dalam mengatasi masalah, (4) Pengawasan dalam pelaksanaan pekerjaan, (5) Penilaian hasil kerja, dan (6) penghargaan saat berprestas. upaya dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan guru sekolah dasar negeri dapat dilakukan dengan peningkatan kualitas supervisi dan kualitas komitmen organisasi. Selanjutnya Upaya meningkatkan Kualitas layanan guru melalui komitmen organisasi dengan upaya meningkatkan komitemn afektif, komitmen berkelanjutan dan komitmen normatif. Kata kunci : Supervisi, Komitmen Organisasi, Kualitas Layanan Guru This study aims to determine the direct influence between (1) supervision of teacher service quality, (2) organizational commitment to teacher service quality, (3) supervision of organizational commitment. The research method was chosen using a survey method with a correlational approach. In this study, there were 115 samples of public elementary school teachers selected based on a simple random sampling technique. Based on the description of the hypothesis test above, the following research findings are obtained: (1) there is a significant direct influence between supervision of the quality of teacher services. This shows that supervision can improve the quality of teacher services. It can be concluded that the Supervision variable which consists of several indicators is proven to have a very significant effect on the variable quality of teacher service (2) there is a direct and significant influence between organizational commitment and the quality of teacher service, the amount given is indicated by the correlation coefficient 0.447 and path coefficient 0.609. This shows that Organizational Commitment can improve the Quality of Teacher Service. It can be concluded that the variable organizational commitment which consists of several dimensions containing several indicators proved to have a very significant effect on the variable quality of teacher services. (3) there is a direct and significant influence between supervision and organizational committees. The amount given is shown by the correlation coefficient 0.465 and path coefficient 0.407. It can be concluded that the Supervision variable which consists of several indicators is proven to have a very significant effect on the organizational commitment variable. The implication obtained from this research is the need for efforts to improve the quality of teacher services through supervision by (1) always given direction and guidance at work, (2) encouragement to progress, (3) assistance in overcoming problems, (4) supervision in implementation work, (5) Assessment of work results, and (6) awards for achievement. efforts to improve the quality of public elementary school teacher services can be done by increasing the quality of supervision and the quality of organizational commitment. Furthermore, efforts to improve the quality of teacher services through an organizational commitment by increasing affective commitment, sustainable commitment, and normative commitment.
