Abstract
Populasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu wanita berkerudung umur 20-30 tahun yang mengalami kerontokan rambut. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan purposive sampling, yaitu pengambilan yang dilakukan berdasarkan ciri-ciri atau sifat populasi yang telah diketahui sebelumnya dengan tujuan penelitian. Banyak sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini yaitu 10 orang. Sampel ini dibagi menjadi dua kelompok yaitu kelompok A sebanyak 5 orang menggunakan hair tonic bunga rosella dan kelompok B sebanyak 5 orang menggunakan hair tonic gingseng. Masing-masing sampel diberi perlakuan satuminggu tiga kali perawatan yang dilakukan sebanyak 12 kali perlakuan. Hipotesis penelitian yang disajikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh penggunaan hair tonic bunga rosella terhadap pengurangan kerontokan rambut kulit kepala. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah eksperimen dengan sampel penelitian terbagi menjadi 2 kelompok yaitu 5 orang diberi perawatan yang menggunakan hair tonic bunga rosella dan 5 orang diberi perawatan mengguanakan hair tonic kontrol. Penelitian ini menggunakan instrument lembar penelitian dengan nilai skor pengurangan kerontokan yang dapat dibaca pada penggunaan alat sisir. Alat ini digunakan untuk mengetahui pengurangan kerontokan rambut. Setelah diperoleh data hasil penelitian dilakukan uji persyaratan analisis data dengan uji normalitas dan homogenitas menggunakan uji rata-rata satu pihak. Analisis data menunjukan thitung = 3,514 pada taraf signifikan = 0,05dan derajat kebebasan (dk) = 8, maka ttabel = 6,39 ternyata thitung>ttabel, maka hipotesisnol (Ho) ditolak dengan demikian terdapat pengaruh penggunaan hair tonic bunga rosella terhadap pengurangan kerontokan rambut kulit kepala. Diharapkan dari hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan manfaat bagi pengembangan matakuliah Perawatan Kulit Wajah dan Kosmetika Tradisional di Program Studi Tata Rias, Jurusan Ilmu Kesejahteraan Keluarga, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. ************ The population used in this study is the veiled women who have hair loss at the age of 20-30 years. Sampling was done by purposive sampling, which is done by taking the characteristics or properties of populations that have been previously known to the research objectives. The number of samples taken in this study is 10 people. These samples were divided into two groups, namely group A by 5 people using rosella hair tonic, and group B by 5 people using ginseng hair tonic. Each sample was treated three times a week, treatment done as much as 12 times. Based on the theoretical description, formulated the research hypothesis: there is significant effect of the use of hair tonic rosella flowers hair tonic to the reduction of scalp hair loss. The method used is an experimental method, the sample was divided into 2 groups: 5 people were given treatment using roselle hair tonic, and 5 people were given the control hair tonic. This research study using an instrument with a score sheet loss reduction that can be read on the use of a comb. This tool is used to determine the reduction of hair loss. After obtaining research data, test data analysis conducted, by way of test for normality and homogeneity test, using a test average of one party. Analysis of the data showed tcount= 3.514 at significant level = 0.05 and degrees of freedom (df) = 8, then the table = 6.39 turns of tcount>ttable , the null hypothesis ( H0 ) is rejected as such there is the effect of the use on the hair tonic rosella reduction of scalp hair loss. The results of this study are expected to increase the development of Facial Skin Care and Traditional Cosmetic courses in Makeup Studies Program, Department of Family Welfare, State University of Jakarta.
