Abstract

************** Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are pillars of the country's economy. 99.9 percent of businesses in Indonesia are MSMEs, while the rest are large businesses. However, there are still many MSMEs that find it difficult to access formal credit. This study aims to examine the effect of understanding SAK EMKM, financial literacy, and business size on access to formal credit. The data used in this study are primary data obtained through online questionnaires. The sample obtained based on the Slovin technique obtained a total of 96 samples. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis with a significance level of 5% to test 3 hypotheses. Based on the results of the multiple linear regression test, it can be proven that the understanding of SAK EMKM, financial literacy, and business size have a positive and significant effect on access to formal credit.
