Abstract

This classroom action research aimed to increase science learning result about the category of animals depend on their feed using one of the cooperative learning model, “make a match” technic. Subject of this research is 5 students with intellectual disability grade X at SLB C Budi Daya Jakarta Timur. The method of this research is classroom action research with “Mc. Kemmis & Taggart” models. The result of this research defined that “make a match” technic has increase science learning result of student with intellectual disability at SLB C Budi Daya Jakarta. Therefore, teachers need to know the ability of each students and make a plan for every activity so it will fun, suitable and increasing science learning result of students with intellectual disability in that classroom.
