Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan menjabarkan secara komprehensif mengenai pengaruh keadilan organisasi dan manajemen konflik terhadap loyalitas guru SMK di Jakarta Pusat. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) di Jakarta Pusat. Metode Penelitian Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei penelitian kuantitatif, adapun untuk menganalisis datanya menggunakan analisis jalur. Teknik analisis jalur dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan sebab akibat antar variabel atau pengaruh langsung variabel eksogen terhadap variabel endogen. Variabel endogen dalam penelitian ini adalah loyalitas guru, sedangkan variabel eksogen dalam penelitian ini adalah keadilan organisasi dan manajemen konflik. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui pengisian kuesioner. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan diperoleh analisis jalur 1) keadilan organisasi berpengaruh langsung terhadap loyalitas guru nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,329 dan thitung sebesar 6,36, artinya keadilan organisasi berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap loyalitas guru dapat diterima semakin meningkat. Keadilan organisasi yang mengakibatkan peningkatan loyalitas guru. 2) pengaruh langsung manajemen konflik terhadap loyalitas guru, koefisien jalur 0,263 dan thitung 5,08. Artinya, manajemen konflik berpengaruh langsung terhadap loyalitas guru. 3) Keadilan organisasi berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap loyalitas guru nilai koefisien jalur 0,213 dan thitung 3,82. Artinya, peningkatan keadilan organisasi menghasilkan peningkatan loyalitas guru. The purpose of this study is to comprehensively describe and describe the effect of organizational justice and conflict management on loyalty of vocational school teachers in central Jakarta indonesia. This research was conducted to Vocational High Schools (SMK) in central Jakarta. Research methods This study uses a quantitative research survey method, as for analyzing data using path analysis. Path analysis technique in this study is to determine the causal relationship between variables or the direct influence of exogenous variables on endogenous variables. Endogenous variables in this study are teachers loyalty, while the exogenous variables in this study are organizational justice and conflict management. Data collection was carried out through questionnaire filling. Based on the calculation results obtained by path analysis 1) the direct effect of organizational justice on teachers loyalty, the value of the path coefficient of 0.329 and tcount of 6.36, meaning that organizational justice has a direct positive effect on teachers loyalty can be accepted increasing organizational justice resulting in increased teachers loyalty. 2) the direct effect of conflict management on the teachers loyalty, path coefficient of 0.263 and tcount of 5.08. Means, the direct influence of conflict management on teachers loyalty, 3)organizational justice has a direct positive effect on teachers loyalty the value of the path coefficient of 0.213 and tcount of 3.82. That is, increasing organizational justice results in increased teachers loyalty.
