Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan kualitas kabel produksi PT X1 dan PT X2. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode komparasi laboratorium menunjukkan perbandingan kualitas kabel. Prosedur penelitian membandingan Kabel NFA2X-T dengan pengujian Elektrikal berdasarkan SPLN 42-10.Hasil penelitian di Laboratorium Tegangan Rendah Puslibang PT PLN (Persero)adalahproduksi PT X1 kabel NFA2X-T 3×70+50 mm2 dengan pengujian resistans penghantar adalah fasa 0,415 ohm/km dan netral 0,645 ohm/km dengan masing-masing standar 0,443 ohm/km dan 0,690 ohm/km, resistans isolasi pada inti kabel tidak tembus , pengujian tegangan pada inti kabel tidak tembus,pengujian resistivitas kawat penghantar adalah fasa 28,261 ohm/km dan netral 32,626 ohm/km dengan masing-masing standar 28,264 ohm/km dan 32,8 ohm/km. Sedangkan pengujian produksi PT X2 Kabel NFA2X-T 3×35+25 mm2 dengan pengujian resistans penghantar adalah fasa 0,415 ohm/km dan netral 0,645 dengan masing-masing standar 0,443 ohm/km dan 0,690 ohm/km, resistans isolasi pada inti kabel tidak tembus, pengujian tegangan pada inti kabel tidak tembus,pengujian resistivitas kawat penghantar adalah fasa 28,261 ohm/km dan netral 32,626 ohm/km dengan masing-masing standar 28,264 ohm/km dan 32,8 ohm/km. Jadi kesimpulan yang diperoleh adalah kualitas masing-masing kabel NFA2X-T memenuhi standar SPLN 42-10, sedangkan pada perbandingan kualitas kabel pengujian resistivitas kawat penghantar pada kabel NFA2X-T 3×70+50 mm produksi PT X1 lebih baik daripada kabel NFA2X-T 3×35+25 mm2 produksi PT X2. *********** This research aimed to compare the quality of the cable production PT X1 and PTX2 . This research uses laboratory comparison shows a comparison of the quality of the cable. The research procedures comparing NFA2X-T cable with elekticaltest based SPLN 42-10.The results of research in Laboratory of Low Voltage Puslibang PT PLN (Persero) production is NFA2X-T cable 3×70+50 mm2 PT X1 wit h resistance testing phase conductor is 0,415 ohm/km and neutral 0,645 ohm/km with each standard 0,443 ohm/km and 0,690 ohm/km, the insulation resistance of the cable core is not translucent, testing the voltage on the cable core is not transparent, conductive wire resistivity testing phase is 28,261 ohm/km and neutral 32,626 ohm/km with each standard 28,264 ohm/km and 32,8 ohm/km. While the production testing of PT X2 NFA2X-T cable 3×35+25 mm2 with resistance testing phase conductor is 0,415 ohm/km and 0,645 neutral with each standard 0,443 ohm/km and 0,690 ohm/km , the insulation resistance of the cable core is not transparent , testing the voltage on the cable core is not transparent , conductive wire resistivity testing phase is 28,261 ohm/km and neutral 32,626 ohm/km with each standard 28,264 ohm/km and 32,8 ohm/km. So their conclusion is the quality of each NFA2X-T cable standards SPLN 42-10, while in comparison the quality of the test cables to conductor wire resistivity NFA2X-T cable 3×70+50 mm2 production PT X1 is better than NFA2X- T cable 3×35+25 mm2 production PT X2 .
