Abstract

Abstrak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh informasi tentang Pengaruh fasilitas pembeljaraan, kemampuan Technological Knowledge (TK) dan Motivasi kerja terhadap Kinerja Guru SD Pendidikan Jasmani Pada Masa Pandemi Covid 19. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Path Analysis (Analisis Jalur). Sampel yang disertakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 55 guru penjas. Adapun hasil analisis yang menunjukkan kontribusi pengaruh Fasilitas Belajar (X1) terhadap Kinerja Guru (Y) dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,219, yang berarti variabel fasilitas pembelajaran mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan 4,8 % terhadap kinerja guru. Hipotesis kedua pada variabel Pengaruh kemampuan Technological Knowledge (TK) (X2) terhadap Kinerja Guru (Y) dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,295, yang berarti variabel kemampuan Technological Knowledge mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan 8,7 % terhadap kinerja guru. Hipotesis ketiga pada Motivasi guru (X3) terhadap Kinerja Guru (Y) dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,278, yang berarti variabel motivasi kerja mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan 7,7 % terhadap kinerja guru. Hipotesis keempat variabel Fasilitas Belajar (X1) terhadap Motivasi guru (X3) dengan koefisen korelasi 0,238, yang berarti variabel fasilitas pembelajaran mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan 5,7 % terhadap motivasi kerja. Hipotesis kelima variabel kemampuan Technological Knowledge (TK) (X2) terhadap Motivasi guru (X3) dengan koefisien korelasi 0,309, yang berarti variabel kemampuan technological knowledge mempunyai pengaruh posisitif dan signifikan 9,5 % terhadap motivasi kerja. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah fasilitas belajar, kemampuan Technological Knowledge (TK) dan Motivasi kerja terhadap Kinerja Guru Sd Pendidikan Jasmani Pada Masa Pandemi Covid 19 sama-sama berpengaruh langsung antara variabelnya. The purpose of this study was to obtain information about the effect of learning facilities, the ability of Technological Knowledge (TK) and work motivation on the performance of elementary school teachers for physical education during the Covid 19 pandemic. The method in this study used Path Analysis. The sample included in this study amounted to 55 physical education teachers. The results of the analysis show the contribution of the influence of learning facilities (X1) on teacher performance (Y) with a correlation coefficient of 0.219, which means that the learning facilities variable has a positive and significant effect of 4.8% on teacher performance. The second hypothesis is that the variable Technological Knowledge (TK) ability (X2) affects teacher performance (Y) with a correlation coefficient of 0.295, which means that the variable Technological Knowledge ability has a positive and significant effect of 8.7% on teacher performance. The third hypothesis is on teacher motivation (X3) on teacher performance (Y) with a correlation coefficient of 0.278, which means that the work motivation variable has a positive and significant effect of 7.7% on teacher performance. The hypothesis of the four learning facilities variables (X1) on teacher motivation (X3) with a correlation coefficient of 0.238, which means that the learning facilities variable has a positive and significant effect of 5.7% on work motivation. The fifth hypothesis is the variable of Technological Knowledge (TK) ability (X2) on teacher motivation (X3) with a correlation coefficient of 0.309, which means that the variable of technological knowledge has a positive and significant effect of 9.5% on work motivation. The conclusion in this study is that learning facilities, Technological Knowledge (TK) abilities and work motivation on the Performance of Primary School Physical Education Teachers during the Covid 19 Pandemic both have a direct effect between the variables.
