Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi model komite sekolah transformasional dalam meningkatkan kinerja Sekolah Dasar di Kecamatan Cipayung. Metode yang digunakan metode studi evaluasi dengan model CIPP. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan; (1). Context, tujuan pembentukan komite sekolah yang terdiri dari menyalurkan aspirasi, bertanggung jawab, transparan, akuntabel, dan demokratis. Namun belum ada jadwal khusus untuk menyerap aspirasi dari masyarakat, (2). Input, pelaksanaan rekrutmen anggota Komite Sekolah Dasar di Kecamatan Cipayung tidak sepenuhnya dilakukan melalui prosedur yang telah ditetapkan oleh peraturan perundang-undangan, panitia pemilihan calon anggota Komite Sekolah Dasar di Kecamatan Cipayung tidak dibentuk dan ditetapkan oleh Kepala Sekolah tetapi oleh anggota Komite Sekolah Dasar di Kecamatan Cipayung demisioner, (3) Process, pelaksanaan fungsi komite sekolah, pelaksanaan tugas komite sekolah, dan pelaksanaan peran komite sekolah sudah berjalan baik, namun komite sekolah belum secara maksimal bekerja sama dengan pihak DUDI, (4) Product, peningkatan kinerja yang terdiri dari layanan pendidikan semakin baik, penyelesaian tugas, professional dalam menjalankan peran dan fungsinya serta meningkatkan prestasi siswa. Kesimpulan belum adanya kesamaan konsep kerja dan adanya perbedaan persepsi tentang peran dan fungsi komite sekolah. Kata Kunci: Program, Komite, Sekolah, Meningkatkan, Kinerja ************** This research aims to evaluate the transformational school committee model in improving the performance of elementary schools in Cipayung sub-district. Method used evaluation study method with CIPP model. The results showed; (1). Context, the purpose of establishing a school committee consisting of channeling, responsible, transparent, accountable, and democratic. But there are no specific schedules to absorb the aspirations of the community, (2). Input, the implementation of recruitment of members of Cipayung Subdistrict School Committee is not fully done through the procedures established by the legislation, the Electoral Committee of prospective members of Cipayung Subdistrict School Committee is not formed and established by the principal but by members of the school committee of Cipayung Subdistrict, (3) Process, implementation of the function of the school committee, the implementation of the school Committee duties, and the implementation of the School committee's role has been good, but Schools have not maximally worked with the DUDI Party, (4) Product, performance enhancement consisting of better education services, completion of tasks, professionals in carrying out their roles and functions and improving student achievement. Conclusion has not been asimilarity of concept of work and there are differences of perception about role and function of School Committee.
