Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Efektivitas latihan ladder drill dengan cone drill terhadap hasil lari 60 meter. Penelitian merupakan penelitian eksperimen Metode yang digunakan adalah group design pretest-posttest Design. yaitu untuk mengetahui variabel bebas dan terikat. Sebagai instrumen penelitian digunakan tes lari 60 meter. Populasi penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Kepelatihan Olahraga Universitas Negeri Jakarta Angkatan 2019. Dari data yang ada dari hasil tes akhir kelompok Metode Latihan Ladder drill dan Latihan Cone drill diperoleh nilai thitung sebesar 0,82 selanjutnya diuji dengan t-tabel pada taraf signifikan 5% dan derajat kebebasan (N1+N2)-2=8 ttabel pada taraf signifikansi 5% = 2,306, thitung = 0,828 Dengan melihat tabel nilai t, maka dapat kita ketahui t hitung < t tabel atau 0,828 < 2,145 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil Efektivitas Latihan Ladder drill dengan Efektivitas Latihan Cone drill pada Hasil Lari 60 m adalah sama. Kata kunci: efektivitas latihan kecepatan, Ladder drill, Cone drill. This study aims to determining the effectiveness of ladder drill training with cone drill on the results of running 60 meters. . This research is an experimental research. The method used was group design pretest-posttest design. is to find out the independent and dependent variables. As a research instrument a 60-meter run test is used. The population of this study were students of the 2019 State University of Jakarta Sports Coaching Education Study Program. The research method used in this research is the experimental method. The population in this study were FIK UNJ students in the 2019 Sports Coaching Education Study Program, which consisted of 120 students. Sampling was carried out using purposive sampling technique, namely selecting samples based on certain considerations which finally obtained 10 students who were divided into two groups as samples.From the data available from the final test results of the group Ladder drill Exercise Method and Cone drill Exercise, it was obtained a t-count value of 0.82 then tested with t-table at a significant level of 5% and degrees of freedom (N1 + N2) -2 = 8 t table at the level significance 5% = 2.306, t count = 0.828 By looking at the t value table, we can know t count <t table or 0.828 <2.145 so it can be concluded that the results of the effectiveness of ladder drill training with the effectiveness of the Cone drill exercise on 60 m running results are the same.
